Be sure that you document everything when you move out (including video of yourself handing in your keys) so that the management has a harder time bleeding money from you after you leave. The apartments are overpriced (but still nice) and there are dog feces all over the common area, but generally the management seemed nice. That was until we received our bill after moving out. We were charged for the keys that we had handed in, for the blinds that a year prior had been promised to be replaced for free, and for trash that we had not left behind. Keep in mind, that if you want to dispute these claims, you will not be able to access any of your maintenance records after moving, so be diligent with personal documentation.

This is a terrible place to live especially for the price. I almost got bed bugs twice from the same neighbor above me and they were starting to make their way through the walls and floors into my apartment and I had to remove all living things like plants and my pets out so they could treat it for 24hours which was very inconvenient and the office staff were very inconsiderate of the whole situation even though they admitted it was the second time they had this problem with “the trashy crackheads that lived above me”. While we’re on the topic of the office staff it changed every 3-6 months they would have a new property manager and sometimes new office clerks. The property managers got worse each time. It was like each one got more and more hatful and difficult to deal with. Every year they gave a 10-15 % increase on the rent when I first started living there my rent was 765 a month which I thought was reasonable at the time . By the time I moved out I was paying nearly 1000 a month for an outdated 2 bedroom apartment. The pipes would always bust and cause floods on the lower floors from the upper floors. They nickel and dime you here every chance they can get. They give you one parking pass and very limited parking options. They let the office staff park in the spots in front of my apartment and made me park at least a half of a foot ball field away because there is so limited parking you’re always having to fight for it . And if you park somewhere they don’t like they have a tow truck come and pick it up. I almost had my car towed even tho I was in my correct spot with a pass, I had to run down and argue with the tow truck driver until he finally put my car down.I also had 2 occasions where this happened to family and friends who were visiting me when I lived here. This place is nothing but headaches and hassles. The apartments are so outdated and they know it themselves so they start the rent out low and then each lease renewal they raise it because they know people will not go for that price in the condition those blindings are in so they slowly creep it up on you. Then when you move out they will charge you for a bunch of petty random stuff like blinds, stove burner drip pans, and even light bulbs and there was not a single thing wrong with any of those things when I moved out. I didn’t know it was a tenants job to buy light bulbs especially when they move out and especially when they are all working… anyway make it make sense.2-3months after I moved out they contacted me about the outstanding fees for the light bulbs, blinds,”damages”, etc. I explained that I was going through a major move and didn’t just have that money lying around… the property manager at the time had told me that since I moved early she could possibly refund me for those two months since I had to pay them even though I had to move out immediately and didn’t even live there for those two months since you’re required to give them a 60 day vacating notice. She would never tell if she got it rented before my two months were over for any kind of refund that was supposed to go to their bogus move out expenses.

Update:
moved out a few months back.. very thankful for this place.. don’t know where all the bad reviews are coming from.. maintenance was timely on everything one I ever put in. The office staff was always extremely nice and professional.. they did seem to change staff quite a bit.. Josh was there the whole time.. really good guy.. I got back all but 60$ back on the deposit said it was for carpet cleaning.. it’s whatever.. but I did leave the place extra clean and empty.. most people were cool.. so it’s was all in all a good experience during a time I needed a place to be.. oh and I have literal never seen a bug unless it was a flying bug from me leaving the front door open while I was grilling.. 🤙

Fairly Quite, I needed the short lease that they offered.. very appreciative of that being available..

I never received my deposit back! They keep the money as a cleaning fee, even if the apartment is left clean.

I lived here for about a year. When I moved in the apartment was disgusting. They said they had the carpets deep cleaned, but the amount of dead bugs and dog hair that I got out of it after using my cheap vacuum was disgusting. After being told all appliances in every apartment were updated, I walked in to a dryer that looked like it would have caught my clothes on fire had I used it. I had a lot of issues with the apartment (it was not what I toured or was promised) and was incredibly upset about being stuck there because I already signed my lease. The manager at the time worked with me to make things work, and she did a wonderful job. She’s no longer there anymore, which is unfortunate. I would have given her the 5 stars. The new management is incredibly disappointing. I had to terminate my lease early to due personal events that transpired and had to move back home. All of the sudden I am getting billed over $200 for cleaning fees. Don’t think they’re actually going to use that money to clean seeming as though when I first moved in, it was disgusting. I KNOW for a fact my apartment was left spotless because I deep cleaned that apartment twice a month (I can’t live in a dirty apartment). After trying to get ahold of the office to talk to someone about it, no one has answered any of my calls. In fact when I got ahold of someone yesterday (the second time I called) I got hung up on. All apartment complexes have their defaults, but I see I’m not the only one who’s had this issue, so I caution you before signing a lease with this complex.

I lived here over 14-15 years ago and living here now and nothing has changed/been updated. Internal pipes are bad/leaking, foundations are cracking with no real care to fixing the issue. When I moved into my apartment, many things were broke or needed repair. The shower had gaps between the plumbing and shower wall. Food splatter was on the walls and cabinets. Nothing seemed to be really cleaned when I moved in. They seem to only do temp/quick fixes which have lead to bigger issues. The front patios that we walk on everyday in my building are cracked and falling apart and all they have done is just put up 2x4's (temp fix) They are slanted and not safe. Due to this, there is a popping noise in my apartment and its from the foundation/construction cracking/falling apart. When I brought up this concern, I was told to put in a maintenance request. Havent heard anything since and that was a little over a month ago. If I had known all these issues, I would have not moved here. For a company that makes millions, they invest in themselves, not their tenates.
