Traveling Operator and live on perdiem. They do a wonderful job of keeping the trouble away. The Area sucks but the price is right for the rooms. Under new management and owner. I have been there 5 weeks has been a good experience from the beginning.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Way better than when the old owners were here. This place has new owners and management and greats prices. Newly renovated rooms and has great kitchen-net rooms. Overall reviews I would give this place a 10/10

I visited my nephew when he stayed here and was really impressed with how nice the rooms are. The parking in front is kinda tricky, other than that it's a nice place to stay.

The microwave took 3 hours to cook for TV dinners and got so hot I thought it was going to catch fire. There is exposed wiring in the light switch beside the bathroom which was beside a sink. There were no plugins besides right by the sink. And there was no hot water. The door was loose even when locked. And the comforter I had all its stuffing bunched up plus it wasn't clean. The lamp on the wall we're loose in and tilted. The room was hot and took 3 hours to start cooling.

Loved my stay, The management here is nice and the house cleaning at RM 110 was top notch. Clean environment, I stayed for several months never had any issues and felt safe here. It's right off S. division across from the southern bank. Best rates in town for the quality of service. Check them out you will not be disappointed. I usually do not leave poor reviews, but this motel is not what the pictures make it seem to be. The rooms are a good size but there is no deadbolt on the door. The motel is in a sketchy area with sketchy people living there (rooms can be rented on a weekly basis and I heard a few loud bangs which could have either been firecrackers or gunshots). There is free WiFi but it is slow and the signal is not strong. When we checked in the owner was on the phone with another person and was a little rude. He told me that all of the rooms with one bed were sold out (I had made reservations for one in advance) and that although he was giving us a room with two beds we could only use one. The bathroom was the size of a closet and the shower had mildew growing in the shower. There was also no hot water. If you are looking for a place to spend the night, spend the extra cash and stay at a chain.

This motel really needs no stars I stay at this motel years ago... with my husband.. and its was way better then..from How it looks now..the first thing I noticed is the sign says room $29.99 but when you pay for the room its $45. I was very shock it felt very uncomfortable... the rooms and bathrooms.need updating.. .. on the sign it says free breakfast... didn't no the free breakfast was making your own waffle... our room was in the back.. feeling very Uncomfortable when a lady was trying to sell me a used cell phone.. that had a room two door down.. we pack up a few hours late and left.. we will not be staying here anymore or the royal inn...

They have bed bugs. So no stars from me if I could. The manager is very nice and kind hearted. But I'm sure we aren't the first to tell them they have bed bugs. We stayed in one room and I saw bed bugs in the bed my kids had then we were moved to another room same problem. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
