Have had 3 orders cancelled in a row now, with no explanation offered. No response from the website chat, email, text or phone message. Will not be using them again. Thankfully had used the cash option so no refund snafus. Super disappointing as this used to be a great and dependable service.

These guys are a family feel operation. You feel like one of the crew as soon as you contact them. Daily sales. They mail it to you! They’re so nice. They really look out for you. I’ve requested help for some random reasons and customer service is stellar! Good selection. They’ve got everything you need and Tuesday is one of favorite sales. Can’t wait to go and order. Before 10pm next day delivery! Thanks guys! 🙂

Usually have good experiences, and by good I mean having my order swapped out for different items because they don’t have it available even when listed on the menu. The reason I give 3 starts is bc of how hard it is to reach the team. Placed an order, and was on hold for 30 mins as the order was never confirmed on the dispo’s end, and the store closed and I was unable to reach anyone. No clue whether my order went thru or what happened to the customer service.

I’m hesitant on writing this as I had an amazing first experience but my second time attempting to order failed miserably.

My first order I had mistakenly bought a Stiizy battery kit without the pod. No big deal, I messed up.

Second order, I spoke on the phone with a lovely representative who got my order solidified. She said one piece of the order wouldn’t be available for delivery that night but could be delivered by the next morning.

I opted for the full delivery the next morning because I needed the pod but explained I had to leave by 2:30pm & would need the order before then.

She assured me the delivery would take place between 11-12...so 12pm comes & goes & nothing. I call & they say the delivery is en route & would absolutely be there before 2:00pm...not the case. I waited until 2:00pm & still heard nothing so I was forced to call again just to cancel the order.

I totally understand that these things happen, but if there was better communication & expectations were aligned correctly, I would not have been as upset to essentially waste the $50, as it’s my own fault. It was the companies fault that the events played out following my mistake.

Your veteran driver was incredible & your customer service rep was so pleasant. Just had some issues along the way that really sucked.

I have been using this delivery service for at least 2 years now. They are always prompt and courteous. Their customer service is excellent. Their products are first quality. And when something disappeared from their website, I called and they still had that product and on sale.

Overall, I have had a good experience with this service. Typically, the customer service is very responsive and will right any mistakes quickly usually. The drivers have been polite and on time [all but one], and the selection is ok, there could be more shake options available, but that's just my preference. Other than that, all the flower is delicious!

The last 3-4 times i have ordered they have took 2 to 3 hours just to get me my product... which is kind of a long time.
And i order about twice a week. I wish they would get it together with the timing, but other than that everything is fine. I feel like i spend too much money with you guys to be waiting so damn long.

For 2 weeks in a row, I've placed orders and they've been a no-show. I've had to spend over an hour each time on the phone/online chat trying to get my order filled.

I've had customer service reps hang up the phone on me and close the chat while I'm in the middle of talking to them. I waited over 2 hours today to speak with a manager. He assured me that they would be making my delivery ASAP- that was over 2 hours ago and no delivery, no calls or messages. They've since turned off their live chat and aren't answering their phone line either.

The only reason I still shop here is because they are the only ones that carry the brand of vape I like. I don't know if they need better employees, a better digital infrastructure, or both, but it's been absolutely exasperating trying to deal with these people.

Trying again in November 2020, my delivery time has come and gone. They are already over an hour late without so much as a text or call. I have to call them myself and wait on the phone to get to someone, who says the drivwr is still 45 minutes to an hour away. So I'm going to have to wait at least 2 extra hours from when they said their delivery would be here because of their company's poor organization and incompetent systems management.

You literally have to call and complain to get them off their butts to do the most basic aspects of their job. It's ridiculous.

ZERO STARS, would never shop here again if they didn't carry my brand Orchid Essentials.
