My brother underwent two critical surgeries, Cervical and Lumbar Spine, in two months. We were majorly influenced, by all and sundry, against spine's surgical corrections but the worsening condition of the patient left us with no option. Thankfully, we were told about this hospital, the world-famed Doctor and his team. The surgeries went off smoothly. The pain was well within tolerance spectrum with undeviating recovery.
The processes are simple, swift and not confusing. All departments are efficient and prompt. The premises is kept very clean. The caregivers are affectionate and alert.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Ganga Hospital. Despite seeking medical attention in good faith, my problem was not diagnosed accurately, leaving me in persistent and frustrating pain. It was disheartening to witness the lack of thoroughness and empathy in the way I was handled as a patient.

What stood out most was the apparent focus on financial gains rather than genuinely helping patients. The entire process felt transactional, with minimal attention to understanding or resolving my health issues. I expected a higher standard of care and professionalism from a reputed hospital like Ganga, but this experience left me frustrated and disillusioned.

Hospitals should prioritize the well-being of their patients, and sadly, this was not reflected in my experience. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and work towards building trust and offering better care.

While the hospital has made strides in reducing outpatient wait times, few areas need improvement. A recent experience with report collection was quite frustrating, with a two-hour wait that ultimately forced us to leave.

Perhaps the most disheartening issue was the security guard's insistence on directing us to a roundabout route through the main road with heavy traffic on the wrong side. This not only added unnecessary inconvenience but also posed a significant safety risk. The hospital should prioritize improving its parking facilities and security protocols to ensure a more positive experience for all patients and family.

I was admitted here to Room 2007 for 4 days for my surgery. The experience was exemplary. Everything works as it should. There were always people enquiring whether I needed anything. Even the food is great. The doctors are excellent. The Nurses are caring and do a great job. In particular, Nurses Rajeshwari, Nikitha and Preethika took great care of me. I would definitelyb suggest this place for spinal surgery.

He is not only an outstanding orthopedic and robotic surgeon but also a remarkable human being. My first experience with him, during the examination of my hip problems, left a lasting impression. Even after my discharge, his assistant doctors were prompt and kind in responding to all my queries over WhatsApp, ensuring I felt well-supported throughout my recovery journey.

Dr. Dhanasekara Raja is incredible. He not only provides exceptional medical care but also connects with his patients on a personal level, making them feel valued and understood. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such genuine care with outstanding medical expertise.

One of the reputed hospitals for ortho in coimbatore.
The organisation is trying to provide better services, however because of few employees at service level are causing too much discomfort and mental agony to the patients and their loved ones. Such employees must be identified and must be provided better training/coaching.

First time assisting my dad who is a doc himself and a senior citizen and my mom who is also a senior citizen was allowed with him as attender but I was blocked by the security staff as they said they would allow only one attender per patient. Told them I'm not going to stay long as I have a flight to catch. Already secured an appointment with doc pranav ortho to meet and not allowing now just makes everything annoying and a bad experience. I'm not gonna choose this hospital for me. Should definitely need to revise your training on hospitality. Bad experience.

Hospitality and treatment is good; but TN chief minister insurance scheme is not accepted here; I don't know why; however most of people only hope with government insurance schemes
