My husband and I went into the store and bought a Blackstone grill at the advice of the guys down there. They were right it is the best grill we have ever had. They also knew that my husband could not physically pick up the grill to get it into our vehicle or to unload it when we got home. So they delivered it. High prices, lack of motivation, didn't care for the layout of the store. I went in to buy leather sealant for waterproofing some gloves and explained to the gentleman what I was looking for, he said he believes he had some and brought me to the caulking section and said "these are all of our sealants" I laughed and re-explained and he said "yup, should be right in this section" and then I asked for some GRK screws and he said "yea, absolutely!" And brought me over to the area with screws and handed me a box of drywall screws 😳! Lack of knowledge and experience. Nice enough people that's why I went two stars instead of one.
