Susan Garvey was very attentive but not pushy. She showed us furniture that we inquired about and then let us wander around the store at our leisure. She made herself available for any questions that arose. Including when we inquired about the cow print couch. We made an offer on the couch and she presented it to the manager immediately. And they accepted the offer!

Shane in store was awesome with helping answer all my financial questions, as well as helping get everything set up with buying my new reclining couch. He helped me understand everything covered within the 90 day included warranty and then the additional 3 year warranty for $99 more. Super fast delivery (two days later). Super quick assembly, the guys had it in the living room and assembled in less than 10 minutes. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. TONS of options, great prices compared to other places I looked, with the benefit of three financing options. My dogs also approve of the new couch.

Beautiful furniture and most of the staff is friendly. I wasn't going to post a review but I kept getting texts to please leave a review...so I'll leave an honest one. I won't mention his name but this man made my experience shopping there not enjoyable. I went there on 3 separate occasions. One particular bed, which i.purchased, was so nice! I was beyond excited to get my dad to drive me the 2 hours it takes to get in his pickup truck all to have someone who clearly hates his job wait on me. I'll add I knew it was the same fool I spoke to on the phone the day prior, to check the closing time for loading dock just by his ignorant voice. When I called in he asked me for the number on the bed I was interested in to be sure they had them in stock. I read to him the number off of the photo I took at the store. He stated I have the wrong number he can't find it the system. Again the number from the picture I took at the store. No big deal right? I gave him the name of the bed and to my luck they had multiple of them in stock. He an attitude but whatever I wanted this bed for sure so I took the 2 hour trip there to get it for my new house that I have been building, just so you get an idea of just how excited I was I have been sleeping on twin and pull out couch for 2 1/2 years while I have been building. Anyways I get there to buy the bed super excited and the sales man comes up to me starts mocking prior customers in the nasty fast high pitch voice about how the beds don't feel the same when they get them home and how he can't stand people of course it has to be broken into. The look on my face and my dad's face said it all went couldn't believe this was even happening. He completely killed this moment for me. None the less I bought the mattress but if I had not drove 2 hours I would have walked right out the store without it!

The staff were very helpful & friendly. Staff were not pushy unlike a lot of other furniture stores & made everything very simple and stress free. Also a lot of selections to choose from. Would recommend to anyone.

Due to a necessary move, I was left with the necessity of purchasing new furniture. First, I must mention how wonderful Toni was with me. She asked great questions, offered terrific suggestions and took her time. All the furniture for my new home came from your store. I found online a beautiful entertainment center that she was able to order from a different part of the country! The gentlemen who delivered everything were great!! I still speak of her often and suggest this is a great place to purchase any furniture!!
