Nice clean store. Everyone was nice. We were in and out in a few minutes. Even though we had to get quite a few things. They had everything we needed unlike the location where we live?... Wouldn't mind taking a drive over again to the store in the future even though it's an hour and a half away....

Decent grocery store. They don't do anything too special. Prices are what you'd expect outside of the occasional item on sale. Their bakery is fine and they have okay beer selection. The employees are mostly cool but there's one redhead lady at the register that's weirdly standoffish. I'm just here to shop bud I don't need your attitude.

I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life! I was stopped by (Mike) the corporate manager and told never to come back! That I shoplifted? He was so rude and I tried to show him my receipt and he said to leave, that I’ve shoplifted there numerous times! I was so embarrassed, I’ve never in my life shoplifted! I asked to show me, he said he didn’t have to! I’ve shopped there for years and everyone knows me. I was humiliated. He was so rude.. he would not even let me show him my proof! I am contacting the corporate office and my union rep. I also work for Smiths Corp. just not this store!

I go here several times a day sometimes and the customer service I ALWAYS receive is just GREAT. I like the changes to the store it brightened up the store and makes it feel more open and it always seems very clean. Starbucks is ALWAYS so clean and fresh the changes were a definite improvement. THANK YOU FRYS!!!! ❤️

So professional… we have been regulars here for a while now. And I refuse to spend money here again. We stopped by to pick up ice and snacks on our way out of town. As my wife was walking out of the store I pulled the car up to pick her up and load the ice into the cooler real quick. As I was loading the ice into the cooler a tall, slender, bald man walks out of the store and passive aggressively asked how long we were going to be. Not man enough to make eye contact he proceeds to snatch the cart my wife just walked out of the store with. We informed him we would be out in a second once I loaded the cooler back into the car. Continuing his passive aggressive tone he toughly said “good, this isn’t a loading zone”. At this point I said thank you and I understood. Then he decides to toss my wife pastries(that she just got from their store) out of the cart onto the sidewalk for someone to step on instead offering it back to us, or at the least throwing it in a trash can. If this person is at management level, Fry’s you have some work to do. Too bad HEB isn’t in AZ they would slaughter the competition.

Sat at the floral department waiting 20min hoping someone could make an arrangement. Only after I called the store did I find out the floral department was closed. Didn’t realize putting a sign there say they were closed was asking for too much. Guess it’s just easier for them to let people waste their time.

It's okay I didn't really find everything I needed it was missing multiple things I know you aren't supposed really shop for shoes at a frys but I couldn't find my size also my whole family was sick and I wanted coconut water buy it didn't have any so I had to go to a different store for coconut water an shoes
