Brandy was very polite and helpful during our conversations. We already had a BEAST recliner that was purchased in 2015. When we needed it replace it, we naturally went to the same store we purchased our previous one from. We had to order it special from the manufacturer, but that was fine with us. My sales rep Brian was a pleasure to work with, very personable, helpful, not pushy. I specifically bought from him over another furniture store because of the man of integrity he was.
The "Best" swivel rocker recliner
is beautiful and the fabric selection was just what I wanted. Also the manager Garrett was helpful and worked with us on the price of the warranty plan.

We went in looking for a bed set(headboard, dresser, and/or vanity) and couldn’t find one that we liked. Andia showed us the back(warehouse like), and we laid our eyes on a Dann Foley letter desk that was perfect in our daughter’s room. This sure made our youngest daughter’s Christmas and she started organizing her room around it. Thank you Andia and to your manager.
