The personnel particularly the females working in the office area are borderline disrespectful and sullen. I went trying to get some information about my bill and I felt like I was bothering them and definitely upsetting them for asking questions. I feel that it is difficult to talk to anyone in that office now. I requested a garbage can a year ago and I requested a garbage bin two weeks ago and the people at the publics Works office were much more helpful than the personnel working for the water company. I know I’m going to have to go there again but I am going to do my best not to be involved with the personnel at this office again. They seem to relish having being over you. They were almost laughing at me when I was asking questions.

If I could go less than a star, trust me I would. I utilized Forrest City water for 8 months living in Colt. The entire time I lived there I received one water bill by mail, none by any other means. During the first 6 months I contacted the water department and notified them that I was not reviving a bill, they asked my address and every time I told them the street address in Colt, AR . Some how, every single time they told me "that's what we have down sir, we're sending you your bill. So in the 6th month of being there, my water gets shut off. I called and inquired about the shutoff, they stated that I hadn't paid my bill in 3 months, but I hadn't had a bill in 3 months, what bill should I pay? I conversated with the lady for about 30 minutes until she finally, after 6 months, found out why I wasn't getting a bill. They were sending my bill to an address in Forrest City, not Colt... then upon planning a move, I called and notified them I would be moving a month ahead of time. A month after I had moved out I hadn't received a final bill to my new address, and around the same time I noticed, my old landlord called me to notify me that the water was still on. A MONTH AFTER I MOVED OUT. I drove straight to the utility office and they said "we ain't got yo disconnect notice". I, once again, argued with the lady for 30 minutes and some how, miraculously, it showed up on her desk. I have been moved out for around 6-7 months, I have still not received my refund from the month I was supposed to be disconnected. They mailed me a $20 check when it should have been $60. I make to much to deal with these petty ass thieves anymore. If I move to Forrest City again, I'll get a well.

Like most establishments in Forrest City, the individuals who are employeed at Forrest City Water Utility are soley there for a check, with zero effort put forth in providing good customer service.

I wish there were 1 less star available. The customer service is worst than worst. I have been hanged up on and a very rude lady , has always gives grap to her customers. I wish they could fire her, and put someone else with some sense.

They ought to just condemn the place because half of the time they act like they dont know what their doing anyway and they got some nasty attitudes but I'm glad I don't have to deal with them anymore oh not to mention not only their incompetent their also lazy their just there for a check that's all
