Jeremy was super nice when he came to pick up my truck. I thought it was cool that they have mobile techs that can diagnose the issue before it goes to the dealership. The tech came out to day before to tell me what the issue was. Danielle was the condonter for mobile picks and drop offs along with answering any questions about the service being performed. Got my truck back the same day. Another tech, Adam, was sent out a couple days after to check and make sure everything was working correctly. That was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had with a dealership. Ford of West Memphis, you have my business from now on. Thank you.

Ford of West Memphis has been great since I’ve started using them last year. The best part about having your vehicle serviced there is they offer an amazing valet service. Jeremy comes and picks up by suv from my office in downtown Memphis (they’ll go anywhere!) and brings it back once service is complete. This alone is a huge convenience because I don’t have to take off work or worry about when to schedule my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Jeremy and the rest of the staff at FWM have always been amazing and helpful.

Jeremy picked up my fiancés’ vehicle while she was working. He was very nice and did everything with a sense of urgency! They had it serviced and back to her before she got off work. About as convenient as it gets! If you call up there for service you have to speak with Danielle. She’s always on top of things!

Couldn’t KEEP PROMISES TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE AND COULDNT GET ME MY TRUCK BACK ON TIME.
I dropped my truck off at 930 this morning and at 5 they called and said that my truck wasn’t going to to done. They told me when I dropped it off I would have it today. They said when I called and told them I have 35/12.5/r20 4 that needs to be mounted and balanced it would be 180 plus tax. Then call to inform me at 5 that they should’ve charged me more. They said that they could give me a rental and I asked and they told me and preceded to say they aren’t here either. Would not take what they say as a business to heart.
