We recently moved into a new house and realized we needed to replace the carpet quickly. After contacting a few other companies that couldn’t meet our timeline, we reached out to Flooring America, and they were fantastic! They worked with us to schedule the installation promptly, ensuring we could get the carpet installed and furniture moved in before Christmas.

The installer arrived on time, was highly professional, and did an excellent job. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after completing the installation. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of service and would absolutely recommend Flooring America to anyone!

Flooring America in Lowell, AR is absolutely THE BEST! I have used Janet, among a few other stellar associates (Wendy!), for all my flooring needs for 20+ years.

After moving into a new construction house, my wife and I found problems with the vinyl flooring. The crew that installed the flooring damaged some planks. Also, the flooring was coming apart. Due to the number of planks involved, the entire flooring had to be replaced. Tyler, who works on the floor and with his knowledge of their products, helped us select the new flooring. Since the flooring had to be replaced, we were able to upgrade the flooring. Isaac Penaflor, the installation manager, also worked very closely with us. He made sure that there were no problems with installing the new flooring. He came to the house and inspected the work as it was being done. He ensured the placement of the planks, the direction the rows ran, and the placement of the joints was most appealing in their appearance.

After the installation crew installed the new flooring, Isaac came to the house to inspect the finished product. I'm glad he did. He saw a problem with the edge of the flooring along the exterior door thresholds. He made sure a crew came to the house to correct the problem. I also have to mention Tyler again. The supplier had initially sent the wrong transition pieces. Tyler would occasionally call me with updates. Between the two of them, Tyler and Isaac, I had the peace of mind that comes from knowing that they had my best interest in mind. The job of laying the new flooring would be done and it would be done right.

Due to the tornado at the end of May, we needed to replace one room of carpet. We had just remodeled our home about a year and a half earlier, and wanted the same carpet. But we were told by our previous contractor it had been discontinued. Janet, at Flooring America was great. She was able to find where our carpet had been slightly updated and moved to another Style Group name. Plus, they were willing to hold it for us for a little over two months until the other work was finished on our house before bringing it out to install it. The whole group of people there were very nice and helpful.

Lora was very helpful with the selection of carpeting for our bedrooms. They had a lot of carpeting to choose from. The installation was excellent. The crew moved the furniture, tore out the old carpet, and installed the new carpet and moved all the furniture back in less than 2 hours for our master bedroom, and an hour and a half for the 2 spare bedrooms. I highly recommend them!
