Really impressed by their commitment to repairing items and doing so really well. I bought a standard jacket almost 10 years ago, the zipper failed recently, brought it in, not only did they do a perfect repair job, they even gave new life to the faux fur around the top without being asked to do so- something my dry cleaners were not willing to do even for pay. Repair process was so easy, no clunky tracking down receipts or anything. Additionally, ay 10 years old, this jacket works as well as ever, their products really are built to last and built quality. I’m gonna buy way more items from here and recommend this to my friends.

Clean and simple, good prices. Selection is rather small, mostly winter jackets. Was hoping for more t-shirt and baselayer options, online will be your best option for anything specific. Will revisit in the summer in hopes of better selection.

Great staff. Amazing product. Customers expect basic trendy outdoor products like LL. bean and junk like that. This gear is preferred by outdoor professionals and ex military specialists. Yes the product does last yes it has a limited lifetime warranty unlike competitors. Clothing is ethically sourced not from one place.
Anyone who knocks this product are very mistaken and close minded to better products.

Always find something. For relentless Northern New England winters, this is tops for rugged arctic wear. Hiking clothing is plentiful; layering-type clothing too. Lots of matching items. Worth the climb to the 2nd floor. Very good selection (usually/so far). Clearance or sample prices are excellent, when available.

Someone else posted that you should walk straight past Patagonia and the others and come straight here. I should have listened. Some great prices. There were some backpacks marked down... Mostly old styles/colors. The clearance racks were fabulous ... Great discounts. I ended up returning a lot of my Patagonia purchases- I don't understand why they are referred to as an outlet. This fjallraven store is a genuine outlet.

Staff in person were attentive and pleasant. Selection was limited, as expected for an outlet.

I decided not to purchase the Nuuk parka in person because the tag, attached to the garment, stated that the parka was water resistant, not waterproof. Later in the day, hours after leaving the store and the area, I decided to google the parka and every website, including the Fjallraven website, stated that it was in fact waterproof.

I called to inquire about the waterproofness of the garment, and to find a way to buy the parka, and was informed by the store associate that it was in fact waterproof. After being told that I would not be able to find the same price in NYC I asked if I could purchase over the phone or online and have it shipped to me, to which the answer was no. The associate was not pleasant, and offered no recommendations to try and help solve the problem.

I will not be returning to this store, or any of its other locations or website, based on the fact they cannot label the clothes correctly. I have no faith that what I could buy will be marked properly and have the characteristics I am looking for.

This place has amazing gear and really good prices. Megan really provide a good service while I was there. She even shipped all my stuff back home for me for free. I look forward to my next shopping trip to this store!

The store was nice, but the staff there was really rude and condescending. They acted like we were poor and were sort of looking down at us the entire time. I don’t think it was racial, but nonetheless, they were rude. It’s funny because some friends who stopped by afterward told us that the staff were nice to them. Perhaps the boss was nearby?
