Manager was very hateful. Will be reporting him to cooperate asap. Poor customer service. I bought shoes had them less then 24 hours and they didn't fit me right so I took them back with the receipt and the manager wouldn't let me return them. The photo I'm sharing is what the shoes look like they was never worn and he was just very hateful and not helpful at all

Went to finish line today 12-13-2022. Workers need training on people skills! The lady looks like she hates her job. Went to journeys across from them and was treated like a customer.

I ordered shoes for my girlfriend online and when they arrived they were completely destroyed. Instead of trying to call in and ship them back to get another pair I thought I would try to take them to my local Finish Line in Fort Smith to see what my options were. I figured they were going to tell me to just call some 1-800 number and deal with it that way. Boy was I wrong, the entire management staff instantly made me feel at ease and actually had the shoes I needed in stock and took care of me right away. I will definitely be taking my shoe business to those guys, they really know how to take care of the customer and make sure you leave happy!! I would definitely recommend them.
