Andrew was very helpful with purchasing our living room set. Even though my husband and I didn't believe we could get financing, Andrew was able to ensure financing and get us the set we loved. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful during our time in the store. Need new furniture for your home FFO is the place to go for great deals and comfort.

I just moved from CA to AR and we had nothing! I walked in and was greeted by Tyler who is freakin AMAZING!!

He was patient, helpful knowledgeable and NOT pushy.

Best thing is, I had to bring my kids with me (all boys) and they were all over the place and everyone was so kind and understanding.

By the time I had made my choice (after visiting the store 3 days in a row) I was offered in house financing which builds your credit and is reported every month.

I am super happy with the options they had available and the delivery guy was awesome as well.

My wife and I were very pleased by the service and attention at FFO in Mountain Home. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Our salesman was Marcus Cagle and he was very nice and helpful. When we decided to return what we had purchased, there was no resistance. The store manager tried to find something else in the store that we might like. When we couldn't find an alternative, he was happy to return our money. Nice people!

The staff was very helpful and even worked in a discount because I paid cash. The furniture I bought turned out to be a little substandard and broke easily and the cushions collapsed. This was under warranty and it was repaired but it was a nightmare getting the service guy to return calls or get an appointment.

This got 4 stars for the store. Repair only gets maybe 3 stars because he was competent and friendly . . . after he finally got here.

A good selection on hand and they always seem to have sales. Friendly staff, not pushy and my go to person is Whitney. Very knowledgeable about what they have and always trying to find you the best deals.
Name brands and off brands usually still in their original sealed boxes. Items have the manufacturers warranty and the prices are comparable to most other furniture stores.

The sales person was Mr. Andrew he was professionalnal. Took a personal interest in his client and was knowledgeable about his product. He went over the details of the sail and picked up on a computer error (not human) corrected it and explained what happen. ( this required calling the main office to point out the glitch. He had a good sense of humor and maintained a professionalism in the process. I highly recommend seeking him out for a sale. One more thing. He is honest and up front. I do know about the mark up on furniture and he did not white wash it. Flat out its a business deal and I am very satisfied with our deal. If he sells else where then I would buy else where.
