I have my own experience with nobody answering when I called last week several times & left several voicemails, and not receiving a call back. Now I’m reading the reviews and literally EVERYONE is saying the same thing!!!!! I would be honored to work there and answer the phone. Obviously this is a issue. I’ll answer the phone, and I can be respectful & professional. Think about it…..

NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I called yesterday 2 times and today. Left 3 voice msgs and still no call back!

I called in a couple of times. I was worried I wasn’t going to get ahold of anyone because of the reviews. I tried again and left a message, they called me back and helped me with everything I needed! Thank you so much for assisting me and making this day so much better!

So I had to go to traffic court and come to find out here in Arkansas at least in Conway Arkansas should I say you can't wear shorts you can't have a cell phone you can't swallow your spit only thing you can do is have your body there and possibly maybe you can breathe this is the worst courthouse they have the worst attitudes I advise you not to move to Arkansas if you plan on being a citizen it is the worst state that I've ever lived in and they're very racist and I mean the black people too and I'm a black woman I've never been to a state where everybody is so rude their attitudes are so bad and nonchalant this is not a place that you would want to make home at least not me I will never come back here again they are a good old boys state and they do things their way.

Very rude employee at desk!!!
When in to pay for a relatives ticket after calling to see if it was allowed and they said yes and looked up the ticket and told me the amount. When I get there the lady behind counter said it was mandatory for her to show up for court. She didn't even want to look up the ticket in the system. So how did one say I can pay and the other said I can't..... stupid... take the money for the ticket and move on. Over a speeding ticket going 7 miles over.

I have been trying to get in contact with the “workers” of this so called place of business for over a month now. I would recommend them hiring more staff if they are that consumed in their daily job responsibilities where they are unable to listen to the voicemails left (that we are asked to leave in the recording where we are told we would be contacted back) to return our calls. Do better.. you might be surprised at the outcome
