They provided a good speedy service when I ordered my dinette set last week, but when the delivery driver brought it out he didn’t take his time bringing it in and scratched it up all down the side. He even took a little chunk out of one side. Yes, they are ordering me another one. The point is if he had taken his time in the first place i wouldn’t have to wait another whole week on another table.

In store was okay, you get rushed by sales people but I understand it is their job. The delivery however was subpar. We were scheduled for a Saturday delivery but got a call on Wednesday the item was being delivered in 20 minutes. While the item was being brought into the house the guys did not take much caution and ended up ripping nails out of the back of the couch, and they did not fully assemble the item as the legs were not attached, so the couch was unable to be used until those were put on so the recliner would not scrap the wood floors. For a 1400+ purchase I would recommend better delivery drivers, and maybe a smaller delivery fee, as 150 is a bit steep for the service provided.

The two ladies that helped us were very friendly and had our buying process finished very quickly. Our furniture was delivered in a few days and we love the furniture.
