Como les comente la primera habitación estaba sucia nos cambiaron y detrás del mueble de la tv había mucha basura y una trampa de ratón y había un ratón en una de ellas,nos cambiaron de habitación hasta el día siguiente, nos regalaron 2 noches y de ahí todo bien.

We would stay again, but there was a funky smell each time getting into the sheets. Also some pubes around eye level in the shower.
Breakfast was pretty good and water was really hot in the morning, like don't leave your kids unsupervised in the shower on their own hot. Very friendly staff.

We just checked out from an overnight stay. When we arrived our room yesterday, it smelled like marijuana. We told the front desk and she had housekeeping put deodorizer in the room. After leaving and returning late, the room had reverted back to the same smell. At check out, we told the same front desk clerk who gave no compensation. The breakfast looked minimal effort and had little to offer. We didn’t eat. The bed was very comfortable. We would never choose to stay again and will be back to Jonesboro often.

Only reason this isn't 1 star is Lindsay at the front desk and the incredible service she provided.

First room on the 2nd floor was clean, but very beat up and worn out. Clearly damaged walls, stains on basically every surface. AC barely worked, but just infrequently enough that the constant weed smoke from another room made its way in, so we were occasionally cooled down, and provided free incense.

Fortunately, Lindsay at the front desk was outstanding, and moved us to another room on the 3rd without any issue. Mentioned that she had spoken with maintenance about this same issue prior. AC worked, no weed smell. Only problem was the small, dated TV seemed to think black needs to look green, and because of hotel mode, you can't fix the picture settings.

One elevator was out of order, which wasn't a big deal on its own. Ice machines on every floor but the first are missing or out of order. The place is very clearly in need of a complete remodel. Every hallway or amenity was in the best shape it could be, albeit completely unvacuumed, but the place is falling apart.

Throw in constant stomping, banging, barking, and yelling from all directions, and it's like staying on Bourbon Street, without the benefit of a buzz.

Steer clear, there are plenty of newer hotels nearby for the same or a lower price.

There are standout people in life that deserve acknowledgement for their service.Gm jamie, Nicole, kitty , Kristy Lindsey and others. These employees present a family feel approach to their jobs. Top to bottom excellent! Food,cleanliness, quality of customer service and all around great atmosphere. Their commitment to provide the best experience for consumers is truly refreshing.

It was tolerable, but I don’t think I’ll stay here again due to noise and signs of age with the property.

I was in room 436 which was the top floor and at the end closest to the freeway. You can hear a lot of outside noise as well as noise from adjacent rooms. You will need constant fan mode on to somewhat drown out adjacent noise.

The tv is very small and even with max volume on, is still very muted over the fan noise you need.

Per a previous review, I can confirm that the 4th floor ice machine still does not exist.

If you have a tendency to get cold, the bed consists of a sheet and two very very light blankets. There was not an additional blanket in the closet either.

Pros - shower pressure was perfect and got to temp super quick. Parking was included. Advertised appliances were in room. WiFi worked as needed. Blackout curtains worked fairly well.
