Before I reached out to Mark @ Factory Direct.

I had reached out to several mattress companies, I was so disappointed and extremely exhausted. At this point I was so frustrated and had absolutely no confidence in anyone being honest about their products.

I then contacted Factory Direct; Mark answered, extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I asked Mark the same questions that I had asked the previous mattress representatives. I asked Mark to send over a few pictures of what I wanted, which, he did that immediately.

He said to come and try a few out.

I asked how quickly could he deliver the items if I chose one that day.

When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised, it was clean, I had several options including those that were sent based on my needs.

I was extremely happy that he suggested that I come try them out.
I ended up buying one better than what I initially had in mind.

The entire transaction went so smoothly.

I had my delivery as promised, set up and clean up.

I also received a follow up, to see if I was satisfied.

This was all done in my absence, I had to work.

I recently bought a mattress and box spring here and had a great experience! The couple who own the store were both very kind and accommodating. When they realized they didn’t have the mattress I wanted in stock they quickly ordered one and delivered it two days later. I would definitely recommend shopping here if you are looking for a mattress buying experience free of pressure and aggressive salespeople. If I ever need another mattress I will absolutely return to Factory Direct Mattresses!

Mark is extremely knowledgeable on his products, explained each mattress inside and out. He told us he closed at 5. We did not get done with purchases until after 5. He then delivered everything the same night after he was done with his other deliveries. I had no idea mattresses came with “spec sheets” he was better priced than the quote on quote mattress firm and “cost plus” close out prices. Well worth every penny. BEST place to buy new mattress in town
