I am giving this place 1 and a possible star.
I will discuss both good and bad. That is how I rate.
One, there’s always room available so you’ll be able to get a room.
However, bring bug spray and your own sheets and expect to burn your clothes after you leave.
The rooms are all the same, they don’t have proper maintenance.
They upped the price since it was a New Year night. That’s was fine with us but be it New Year price or regular prices it’s not worth it.
I think this place needs new renovations and a cleaning crew.
I have no words for the stay. Cockroaches everywhere and even the bed. Bras from previous guest Im assuming was in there. The shower leaking what looked like coffee someone poured there but when the actual shower was turned on, the shower leaked brown water. Curtains being held by safety pin. The coach looked like it was being eaten by rats. It was awful and the walls were very thin.

The stay was awful very unclean. The lady is very rude and you can hardly understand what she is saying for one. The room was nasty the microwave was full of roaches. There were roaches coming from the air conditioner, there was water coming from the ceiling in the the bathroom areas and also mold all over the place. Very unsuitable. Everything that they stated in these reviews very true. The lady in the room beside me was very older and she was too hot she was about to pass out they don’t even have keys for some of the rooms for you to get in and out the health department should be sent out them. And shut it down it’s awful I wouldn’t recommend anyone go stay. Not to mention the supposedly mangers staying on the site and harass the customers. SOMEONE CONTACT THE WEST MEMPHIS AR HEALTH DEPARTMENT

Well this isn't going to be a good review. I stayed for four days and paid for 31 days and they refused to give me my money back, not even a portion of it I tried to ask if I could sell the room to another guest that stayed there and they refused to let me do that as well. There was black mold. My door didn't lock. Someone came in my room and choked me out and they had to go to jail. The cleaning ladies didn't properly clean the room. Very rude service altogether this will be reported to the CDC and the Better Business Bureau. If anybody knows anything about the government this is against amendment 10. These are unlivable conditions and they have to give you your money back. I would have gave no stars but that's not my option.

Worst motel experience ever. Stayed here on 4/18/22, management Didn't have the room already supplied with towels, tissue or a clean bathtub. Tons of patched holes in the walls. Employees walking around with shopping carts like homeless folks due to poor management care. I almost got rob at gunpoint point due to the fact that none of the workers have badges, uniforms or any identifier clothing. Apparently management will say your room number and what you need loud and clear enough that outside folks can try to rob you posing as maintenance. Be careful and aware of your surroundings at this location if you're forced to stay here.

The rooms and things are decent nothing special. Sometimes the non smoking rooms smell like smoke and the rooms that are suppose to be good the ones on right side are terrible. The heater/air condition takes forever to start working at least 2 days of being on and the cable barely works. The workers are very very rude when it was time for to checkout i was already out the room standing outside with my bags and things and the cleaning lady tells me i cant stand and wait on my things i have to go stand in the parking lot like is it that serious. This is bad business wouldnt recommend if you are looking for place to stay.

The quality, service and experience was horrible.
On Sept 19 2020, we got a hotel room. After getting the room key, we went to our room to try and get settled in for the night and it was not how we expect. As we entered the room and turned the light on we seen that the room was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned. It was t just dirty there was roaches crawling around. My little girl was asleep when we arrived so we later her in one of the bed and the roaches started crawling on her. Since it was late and my daughter was already asleep My husband ran to Walgreens and a can of bug spray to try and help with the issue, but the longer we were stayed in the room the more roaches we kept seeing. We finally decided there was no way we could sleep in this hotel. So we grab my daughter and our things and went to turn the keys into the office. When we returned the keys to the office the gentleman working asked what the issue was to why we decided not to say and we explained it to him. He told us we could call back the next day Sept 20 2020 To get a full refund. On Sept 20 2020 we went by the hotel because we had left something in the room and to get the refund and the lady told us no that we weren't able to get the room since we had the key to the room longer then 10 mins and that we needed to leave. We tried to call and speak to a manager and they told us that the manager had nothing to say to us.

Look at the room first. As bad as it is at first sight, things are worse. First room was the more expensive upgrade. Wreaked os smoke. I said no and looked at the cheaper rooms. Couldn't be much worse. It was better at first. But I'm the morning, when I went to shower, rust came out. I told the friend and he told me that they were supposed to fix it later that day. I just looked at him because I needed to shower. He said the only thing he could do was move me to another room. The room itself was in better condition but the light was out in the bathroom and there were dead cockroaches on the floor. They fixed the light but I have requested that they come clean out the cockroaches five times with no luck. There policy is no refunds because the place should be condemned. There is also electrical sockets hanging out of the wall. Which is a fire hazard. Stay far away
