I dropped off my script for drops on a Friday. I asked when it would be ready, obviously since I’m dropping this off, I need the medication urgently. Woman says early the following week. I also let her know I’ll pick up at same location since they had to fill it in Chandler.

Tuesday, I get a text saying they JUST GOT MY PRESCRIPTION. I called, the lady kept saying to she’d have it shipped for queen creek. Clearly wasn’t listening. I told her when it’ll be filled since I was told it would be early this week. She said “idk next couple of days”. Uhm what ?

When I told her I was expecting it to be early in the week, she got so smart with me and said “well tomorrow is Wednesday which is still early in the week. Then Thursday is still early in the week ma’am”

I didn’t get my medicine till a whole week later after I dropped off my script, on Friday. Tell me in what would is that “eArLy In ThE wEeK”

Wouldn’t go here again. the people are rude and unprofessional.

When I first began using them, they were pretty good. Reasonably fast and friendly. Now, it takes at least a week to get anything filled. Parking at their location is horrible. It's the emptiest place I've ever seen and if by chance someone else is ahead of you, expect to wait 20-30 min. There is no urgency at all. They want you to leave messages for a refill but no acknowledgement they received it or working on it. 10 days later, they say they never got it. Text you when ready, yeah, 5 min before closing Friday afternoon and they're not open Saturday. I've got to find another place to go, they're not customer friendly.

First time using them, everything was very easy and the staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Items arrived on time and extremely reasonably priced.

Women who answers phone has huge attitude problem. Acted like I was suppose to know they were incapable of filling a prescription the day I called she said it would be ready the next day (Friday) and we would receive text. At no point when I called, when she knew we had never received a prescription there before, did she even think to mention they are a cash only pharmacy. A point I feel should have been mentioned. No text all day Friday. On my way home called them again, wanting to pick up before going home. And of course we got another attitude. She stated we would get a text when ready. Well we got that text. Two minutes before they closed. Impossible to get it before the weekend. And they are closed over the weekend. If she would have just been honest and told us that from the beginning it wouldn’t be ready, we could have planned for it. There are so many other compound pharmacies out there. No need to be treated unkind AND overpay!! There are compounding pharmacy that DO take insurance. Will not go back to this place! Do not recommend at all!!!

I was getting a prescription filled at Mixtures Pharmacy. I had it moved here as it is much closer to my house. The service here was great. It was filled in a timely fashion, the people are friendly, but unfortunately it cost about $20 per month more to fill here vs Mixtures in Gilbert, so I had to switch back. Wish the pricing was better. I’d suggest you price them out with their competitors before using.

My prescription here is $15 more than other places and they do not take GoodRX coupons. You will get zero info about your prescription and zero direction for taking it. So basically you are paying more, because they feel they can charge more.

The people there are pretty nice. If you go at the wrong time, it can get pretty crowded, and you have to wait awhile as there's only one line. I have never had any issues with my prescriptions.
