The staff has been very helpful and friendly and complex is great. However it has been a month and I still not had a response about the reasonable accommodation request for my emotional support animal. While I understand that my dog is a restricted breed, people do rely on their pets for important health reasons. And without that approval their pet is not allowed on property. A more efficient process would greatly appreciated.

Our first year and a half living here was wonderful. Terrific staff and maintenance. Lovely landscaping and pools. Truly luxury. The last 2 and half years, have seen cutbacks on all services, the landscaping is dying or dead, no longer luxury, pool or hot tub is repeatedly closed, repeated requests to complete a maintenance request. I used to stop by the front desk and say hello to the staff. Not anymore. Too many constant changes in front desk staff and maintenance staff, I don't recognize them anymore. Truly was a special property in October of 2020 and now is in a death spiral.

Rented my Dream apartment here! No Candy-coating on this post! I’m Loving Life @EncantadaDM - my 2 little ‘chocolate’ Dogs have well manicured Lawns, Yes! REAL GRASS here, and my Dogs get Treats from the Encantada Staff, especially on Puppacino Day!

My apartment is Spacious & Modern, and it’s a quiet, safe Community. Mostly professional & retired folks here. We are Surrounded by open desert, and yet 1 mile from upscale grocery store.

I absolutely adore the Front Desk and office staff - Mary is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance staff is top notch, very professional. Emmett is “The Superintendent” here and theeee most attentive, very good at communicating & excellent work ethics!!

While it was snowing, abunch of us neighbors built a snowman at midnight !! Look at my pictures - we collectively named him Benjamin. But beware - snow, or rain, or hot summer nights - the Javelinas quietly cruise thru late at night - a small family unit that frequents our community grounds.

The main office often Hosts community gatherings, with local sponsors and delicious food for us residents. For Myself, it’s the happiest I’ve been Living here at EncantadaDM - seriously!

Brandt was great in helping us understand the luxury living style, showed us all the room size models, the amenities and apartments coming soon. Its great that you also have a portal so I can continue to search for openings when we are actually ready to move! We love what we saw about Encantada living!

We have service dogs. We asked maintenance to call before coming over so we can put the dogs away well while we were sleeping maintenance came iver unlocked our door and tried to come in. Our dogs were barking and caused my husband so much stress and trauma due to his ptsd. He was in such distress. When we called the office they said they need a doctors note stating that he has ptsd.!?!?!? He is retired military. That should say enough, however the manager was rude and then we tried and tried to call corporate and after 20 calls they finally called us back gathered information and now still been waiting for over a week. We have been with hsl properties for the last 8 years and this is the worst experience we have ever had

I am utterly disappointed with the cleanliness standards at Encantada Dove Mountain. The persistent issue of dog poop left in front of buildings is not just unsightly but also a health hazard. Despite repeated complaints, the management has failed to take effective action. It's appalling that residents have to navigate around feces every day just to enter their homes. This negligence reflects poorly on the overall management of the property. I strongly advise potential residents to think twice before considering this complex, unless they have a high tolerance for living in filth.
