I had such a great experience today! Went in for their Black Friday sale, without any expectations and I ended up coming out with my dress! I just want to thank the staff for being so kind! What I loved most about my experience was how patient they were and how they allowed me the privacy to try on the dresses and without being pushy. I had gone to another bridal shop where it seemed like they didn’t care to help me and I felt rushed out the door. The entire team at Emerald City was so kind! Please keep up the welcoming atmosphere you guys have going on! I felt so special and cared for in the short amount of time I spent there. Thank you for the great experience!

Emerald City Gowns is the first wedding dress store I visited, and it was a very positive experience. A few friends recommended I check this store out, and my experience aligned with theirs. I went by myself and Vicki, one of the dressers/stylists/employees immediately made me feel very comfortable. She explained how the store worked, how it was organized, and how sizing works. I showed her a few photos, and then we both picked out dresses for me to try on. She gave me space when dressing, helped me put dresses on and took many photos. At the end of the hour together, she explained next steps and gave me tips. Highly recommend Emerald City Gowns!

I had a lovely experience trying on dresses with 2 friends! Vicki was incredibly helpful (and patient) and made the experience fun and exciting. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a bridal gown, especially folks looking for an extensive consignment & pre-loved selection!

Emily was so helpful and very knowledgeable about her gowns! We only had an hour appointment but I think I tried on 7 or 8 gowns, all of them gorgeous. She managed our time very well. All her gowns look brand new, even the used ones. All in excellent condition. I didn't end up buying from her, it was a little above my price range. If you are willing to spend $1000-1500 that's about the range of most of the gowns I tried on. Highly recommend you check her out, great experience and she has a beautiful shop.

Emilie was so knowledgeable and kind during the whole process. It was my first time going through this experience (of trying on wedding dresses), and she explained all the steps and details to pay attention to. The gowns themselves were lovely - there were a lot of options in terms of styles, used vs new, colors, and materials. I had a great time and would recommend Emerald City Gowns for sure.

Great experience at ECG! It was day 1 of trying on dresses and ECG was only my second stop. I was impressed by the selection and wide range of styles. The space was cozy, organized, and inviting, and the stylist (I never got her name! Glasses and fun earrings 🙂) was both accommodating and helpful with getting me in and out of the gowns, as well as giving me her input on what fit me best. The dress I ended up choosing was one that she pulled for me AND it was an amazing deal (way within my budget!). So happy with my one-of-a-kind dress and would definitely recommend Emerald City Gowns to any Bay Area bride.
