I needed to replace the beverage refrigerator in my island and wanted to make sure to purchase it at Dunnetts so that it could be serviced locally if there were any issues. I can’t say enough nice things about this company! I was unsure where to start with upgrading our built in oven microwave unit. I called Dunnett who referred me to their install tech Scott. Scott came out took measurements and sent me back to Dunnett for the oven. Matt in sales picked the oven that was best for my fit ordered set up install date and that was it. Dunnett delivered free of charge and Scott and his helper put in my oven which was much larger than space for a great price!!! Cleaned up when they were finished and were great company during the whole install. I would encourage all who are local to only work with Dunnett they have all the team u need built into one amazing company!!! I am so happy with everything!!!!!!! I will only use Dunnett for all my future appliance purchases.

I just wanted to post this excellent review for Dunnetts. I was speaking to someone in customer service today and happened to overhear someone who said they had left numerous bad reviews. I don't know the details, but this woman was not someone I would do business with (short version). I've done business here for many, many years. I represent multiple corporations and I continue to use Dunnetts as my first choice for sales and service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and generally a pleasure to do business with. You should stop in there and see for yourself. Thanks, Dunnetts for keeping all my appliances in great shape!

I would not buy anything from them again, their service stinks, we bought my 95 year old Mother a new Refrigerator last year for Christmas it stopped working last Sunday it was not even a year old it is under warranty my Brother called them on Monday and they said oh we can't cone out to look at until Friday , they came didn't have the part could not fix it don't make that model anymore so they told him they couldn't deliver a new Refrigerator until February 4th that is unacceptable, my Mom can't get along without a Refrigerator for that long, so the Woman that is the manager there is a complete nasty person, she said well you can come get a new Refrigerator comparable to that one and put it in your self and take the old one out and wewill pick it up on February 4th. So now my brother has to waste his Saturday doing their job for them he lives 50 miles away so it's a 100 miles total use his truck and gas. I would not ever buy anything from them again not even a toilet if they sold them. Their service is absolutely terrible and their Manager is terrible if she worked for me she would be fired, she has no idea how to deal with customers. So be aware people before you buy anything from them

Can't say enough about their service. Eric did not have a part, ordered it himself, came over on Sunday on his own time and installed it! He even came at the time I asked him too! Now that is service! He is a credit to the store!

What a great group of people!! From Jack, the owner to Amber, the service manager to Marcey in sales and Rob the service tech (just to name a few - they are all amazing). Always helpful, courteous and professional. I have been a Dunnett’s customer for over 32 years…..I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!

This was our second purchase and delivery from Dunnett. We bought a refrigerator last year and a gas range that just now got delivered. I have had an all around fantastic experience from beginning to end with this store. I’m so impressed by their price, sales and service AND their delivery men are great as well! The first time we tried to get a dishwasher through Dunnett Appliance, we ended up having to cancel the order because there was a problem with our plumbing that needed to be addressed. They were totally understanding on the phone and provided me a refund with no trouble. A year later, we finally went back and got a dishwasher. The salesperson there was helpful and knowledgeable and we made the purchase. Their prices are reasonable and I can't think of any reason why I would go to Home Depot or Lowe's instead. If we ever need another appliance I'll definitely be going here, it feels good to support a local business and they have great customer service.
