The staff here are truly wonderful. I have bought 2 pairs of docs, cleaning accessories, and my favorite black heart purse here. Whenever I come in, they are so helpful. They also give great advice and tips to help take care of your docs. One of the guys even helped me on the spot to show and help me clean my Dr. Martens! They're so nice!

Side note, I was in a rush picking up orders for xmas at another store, but I went to a bench outside the Dr. Martens
store to tie my shoe. I forgot my phone on the bench. I went back, and it was gone. I went to the store to ask to see if anyone reported a lost phone, but no one did, but a nice employee tried to help me locate it ( I didn'tget his name, sorry). They go above and beyond to help! Big kudos, and thank you! Always recommend folks come to this location for docs. 🙏(Thankfully, security had my phone, so I'm forever thankful to all the good people out there. 💝)

I want to specifically shout out Leila for helping us get two new pairs of Dr. Martens, a Mary Jane pair and a Platform sandal pair. They, Leila, had been timely, polite, and very very helpful.
My partner and I went in on a Wednesday afternoon.
I tried on at least 5 pairs of shoes that Leila was so kind to get for me and their patience was so sooo appreciated.
Since I am new to Docs, I often feel bad for making workers get multiple shoes from the back. The pressure!! However, I never felt that with Leila. They were so understanding and helped inform me about the different styles.
An absolute gem. Thank you Leila for making our experience amazing and we will be returning.

Have gone to this store multiple times and Victoria is my go to person for help. She helped me pick out some boots for my wife the last time I went in. My wife showed me a picture of the exact boots I had gotten her a day later so she definitely steered me in the right direction lol

The manager Victoria is nice until she’s not. Can’t say I’m surprised to see other reviews about her. Not sure if we caught her on a bad day or what, but she looked at my daughter and didn’t say anything when she walked into the store and was so rude when we asked for another size she just tried them on, and then we decided we rather leave then help her sales. We’ve shopped here before and never was assisted by her personally. I guess we got lucky. The red haired girl is always nice though.

I feel a bit bad because the associate Leilani was so nice! But the associate Sam and I think Victoria made me not want to return to the store! They kept following me and asking if I needed anything back to back making me feel rushed and when I finally tried shoes on they kept over complementing me making me feel like they just wanted a sale and didn’t actually care! This is my second problem with Sam and it genuinely makes me not want to return!
