This hotel is nice! The digital key makes accessing your room a breeze; I never even saw the front desk. The room was spotless, the TV was massive, the mattress was soft, and the covers were nice and heavy. (The only downfall was that you could hear just about everything through the walls, but it may have been just because I was at the elevator.)

Great customer service at this location. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile with a very engaging front desk service. The young lady who helped me offered me warm cookies, which I am a sucker for, and when I couldn't decide on whether I wanted a snickerdoodle or chocolate chip, she gave me one of each. Now that's customer service!! The main unappealing part is that the cleaning staff leaves their cleaning carts out in front of the elevators each day instead of putting them away. It is a bit unsightly, and to leave right in front of the elevators is not something I would allow my staff to do if I managed the place.

My room was very clean, however, some points were lost due to the television remote being missing, and my room phone was out of service as well to call down for a remote. I had to go downstairs and ask for one, which they of course were kind and obliged to give me one. The only bad part is that they did not repair nor replace my room phone.

The breakfast here is okay. Nothing really special stands out and was pretty average. It is not worth the $15 if you are going to spend on it, in my opinion. They had offerings of scrambled eggs (a little watery to me, again my opinion), thin hotel style bacon, small sausage patties, kielbasa, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal assortment, breads for toast, yogurt, fresh berries and fruit, oatmeal, and waffles. To drink, they had orange juice, citrus punch, coffee, and tea.

Stayed 2 nights while I was in town celebrating my grandsons birthday. The place was clean, plenty of outlets to charge everything overnight.
We didn't need anything besides what was already in the room but checking in and out was easy and the staff were did talk to were very nice

Great place to stay! They have some remodeling going on at the moment, but the rooms were nice and clean. Definitely want to brag on the staff and how they accommodated our baseball team. They usually do breakfast starting at 7am but opened it up at 6:15am for our boys and the families so that they could get a good breakfast in before our 8am game. It was very much appreciated! And, the omelets are delicious!! Will definitely stay here again!
