Overall a fantastic experience. Zach was extremely helpful and guided my wife and I through the process of ordering a new (very large) couch. From fabric to pillow selections all the way down to the leg color. He kept us informed during the wait between ordering and delivery. The delivery guys were prompt and polite, taking very good care of our new couch and our home. 100% recommend over any other furniture store!

I live in Tucson, Arizona and my father is an elderly disabled vet that lives in Maine. I had a situation (not going into details due to my father‘s Privacy) and was able to contact Zach and he was able to resolve and go above and beyond resolution for Our situation. If you are looking for furniture, I would not look any further than Dorsey furniture. You’re not gonna find a company that has more heart, care and respect for their customers. To say we are happy is an understatement. Zach went above and beyond in showing us many options of quality furniture. He had tons of helpful suggestions to get exactly what we were looking for, including a material that will withstand our four legged pals. He gave us plenty of space to think, plan and order. Delivery was fast and very professional. They even helped us move our old couch. I’ll go back time and time again to support a small business with great customer service.

Love this place!! I have been buying there for decades and it has always had great customer service, they don't hustle you,they ask pertinent questions and show to the area where that is and back off and let you shop, staying handy enough in case you have questions. I have never had any problems with the quality of the product and price/quality has always been exceptional.

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible my experience has been with this company! Zach is amazing, he absolutely went above and beyond for me and my client. I had tried to go through other places and they were a terrible waste of time and unnecessary stress. Zach even short handed when I called made getting what I needed happen and when we needed to change something he once again went above and beyond. They need to address the musty smell in the store!!!
The store has a solid selection of quality furniture and the staff, delivery personal are very helpful. But I would not purchase a piece that has been sitting on the floor again!
I love my chair, but it smells horrible!
Even with 3 days out in the fresh air, It has not resolved.
