Managers should be ashamed of themselves. Whenever I go to this dollar tree they do not have any bags. Managers, you are putting your employees in an uncomfortable and tough situation. Do better and make sure you have bags, it’s not hard.

I bought a can opener that didn't work. I tried to return it but they said they don't accept returns. I told them I had the can in my car to see if they could try to open it. I brought the can into the store and they tried to open it but they were unsuccessful as well. They still would not accept the return. I can not in my right mind buy from a store that knowingly sells products that don't work. This store sells Chinese garbage that breaks easily or never works in the first place. Shop elsewhere and you'll save time and money.

I tried to exchange an item, i didn’t have receipt but they ask if you want a receipt or not so I didn’t get one well the manager refused to exchange the item, he is very rude will not shop this store again

Messy, not clean, unpacked boxed merchandise all over the floors with empty shelves. The cashier is very nice and friendly unfortunately for her it doesn't seem like Dollar Tree is able to hire enough people to get the merchandise on the shelf. I went into the bathroom and they had no hand soap or sanitizer. Update: it's improved slightly. They just don't have enough workers.

This is the worst dollar tree I have ever been to. The employees are TERRIBLE! I have been here multiple times and honestly it gets worse every time I visit!

The cashier was literally eating hot wings while checking me out! Licking her fingers while touching stuff.

The other employee had on pajamas and a bonnet while using strong profanity

The store and parking lot is full of garbage!

The store is junkie and nasty, never has anything in stock and the manager is no better!!

I’m shocked to see this dollar tree like this in Auburn!

Honestly this store needs to fire everybody and start from scratch because this is not it?
