When it comes to tire stores, I’m a firm believer that discount tire is miles ahead of their competition. I can also tell you that discount tire provides the best value, the best customer service, the best job of backing up their warranty and the best job of getting honest and helpful advice on if you need new tires and if so, what is a good brand and price point depending on how you use your vehicle and your budget. There are not a lot of large corporations that I blindly trust no matter what location I go to, but discount tire is the rare exception. I have used discount tire stores in Minnesota, Montana, Utah, California, and now in Arizona, where I live, and it does not matter which store you pick you will get the same excellent service and advice! I’ve been a loyal customer for very many years and today they fixed a leak that I had in a tire that had to be replaced in Emergency blowout on a freeway in the middle of nowhere in Texas on a Sunday when the discount stores were open, and even though I had purchased this tire at someone else’s store, they still repaired it for free as well as rotated my tires for free. The only advice I have is to make an appointment before you come in as it will save you a great deal of time. The two people I would like to call out who help me today with Ian and Raymond, and they both deserve to be recognized as great ambassadors for your company.
What I find most interesting about discount tire when comparing it to any other retail business is that in today’s environment it seems that almost everywhere you stop whether it’s a drive-through, medical clinic or a department store the customer service is nowhere as good as what it was just a few short years ago, and I always hear the same excuse given that “we just aren’t able to hire the same good quality people that we used to be able too.” Discount tire proves that it’s not the workforce to blame, but instead it is the mismanagement that leads to understaffing, poorly trained people who often exhibit, indifference, and sometimes even arrogance and rudeness towards customers. Do yourself a favor and if you’re not already a discount tire customer give them a try and they will restore your faith if they’re still our companies that take care of customers and treat their employees very well. So thank you to everyone at discount tire, from the newest employee who is in the shop changing tires to the CEO at their headquarters. You are all doing a great job and exemplify what is great about business in our country! Wouldn’t it be great if other companies use the example of discount tire model their business after?

I booked an appointment with Austin 8:00 on Friday morning. I was there right on time and was greeted by Austin who took the time to explain the differences between the 2 tire brands I had in mind. Settled on the best option for me and took care if the paperwork. Within a short period of time my vehicle was ready and on my way. I can tell you over the many years I have dealt with Discount tire this is by far the best experience I have ever had.

Last week I caught 2 flat tires on the same side and needed 4 wheels and tires by next morning. Went to 2 places before I walked into Discount Tire at noon.

Ricky greeted me as soon as I walked in. Let him know my situation and he was able to get me a 4 wheel and tire package plus warranty right under my budget.

And to sweeten the deal he was able to get the wheels and tires on my car the same day and I was back on the road by 3pm.

Top tier service by Ricky. Went back today for a retorque and only took 2 minutes. Didn’t even get out of my car. Everyone I dealt with was great.

Hello, My name is Jeff. I am a long time resident of Litchfield Park and a long standing customer of service provided by Discount Tires located on McDowell and Dysart Ave(s). I unfortunately picked up a nail in one of my tires so the first thing I headed to my Discount tire store. Ian greeted me and quickly diagnosed that yes I had a nail puncture. Initially Ian advised me the waiting time could be more than an hour. It only took 30 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you Ian and all the employees at Discount Tire.
