I would give this place zero stars if I could. The washers I use say they are 3 times the capacity, but my laundry basket that only holds three loads could not fit in one machine so I had to use two. When it was time to dry the clothes, It took forty eight minutes on high and they were still soaking wet. I had to go to another laundry mat to dry them. And those 2 loads of laundry I washed and dried cost twice what it normally costs at the place in Show Low, And took much longer than usual. I tried talking to someone and there was no one available. Worst experience I've ever had at a laundry mat and horrible customer service.
On a side note, the place was not too dirty except the bathroom which had urine everywhere.

I liked this place because it's clean and most times all the machines are in working order except most dryers won't get very hot. But when their vending machines and washers take my quarters without anything in return and they won't refund, then I'm not going to spend any more of my hard earned money in this place.

We come here because a move caused us to have to put our washer and dryer in storage. We spend much less here then we do at the one in Show Low. Once when it was VERY hot outside they only had fans running and it was 85 degrees. I said heck no we can't deal with this so we didn't go back for awhile. Gave it another chance and now they have a swamp cooler now at least. Hope in the winter it's relatively warm inside.

Just moved up from Phoenix. Our house is 95% complete and don’t have washer and dryer yet. This is my first time at this laundromat. It’s very clean and there’s plenty of washers and dryers. Only one washer and dryer were out of order. I will most definitely return! Great job owners!
