Like a Hannaford you will always find most of what you need. Some specialty groceries may be an issue, but the basics will be there.

Nice little Grocery Store. Well stocked.
Cashier .. really needs to be trained/ retrained on customer service. No smile, no pleasantries, no thank you. I’ve got to stop being the “ one” to “ Thank” the business I am patronizing. Know one needs your fake grunt as a greeting. Don’t like your job find a new one.

Went in today to grab a few items real quick. Selected my items and was at the self check out within 6 minutes. Scanned and bagged my items till the last item was rejected because of bar code being not in the system. I stood there for 6 minutes before one of the cashiers noticed the light flashing and that fine I understand they are busy but she yelled down to me that she will be right there to help me while finishing checking out the customer she was with and that is also fine. My issue is she then started checking out the next person in line that had a cart rounded . I waited another 6 minutes and when the computer asked me if I wanted to continue or not is cancelled and put the stuff back into the cart and left. On the way out the cashier yelled “ sir I was coming to help you”. Not sure when or how many other people she was going to check out before coming over for the 2 second fix I needed. Also if you are going to have more self checkouts then people working then have someone who can come help in a timely manner. Some people only have so long of a lunch break and I wasted most of mine standing at the machine. If a bar code messes up then let people punch in the product number without needing a cashier to punch a code in and do the same thing. You are so worried people are going to steel that you screw over the good people that have stuff to do. I will never go back to this store ever.

Pretty decent small town grocery store. Prices are typically at least 10% more than the larger grocery stores. I'm not sure why, but the front of the store has a lingering bad meat smell. Some days it is pretty unpleasant.

Update April 2023: They have resolved the bad smell, and their prices have steadied, so I'm moving them to 5 stars.

Just an all around great "little town " super market. You can get just about everything you need. The prices are fair. The stock and selection are good. The best part is the employees. You get to know the people that work there and they get to know you. They know little things like how you like your items bagged, and that your husband likes fruit pies , and you like devil dogs. They also know a little about your life, kids names, pet names, if your married or not, what you do for work, and some of them know even though your an adult , you will always take a sticker when offered one. Just a great place, great people, and a great town.
