We needed basic repairs to our older camper. There was an air conditioner cover that flew away while we were traveling. Also the inside piece which covered the A/C vent didn't match up. A water line had split for the bathroom commode. I was concerned that with the age of the camper the correct parts would not be available, but Dale's knew just what to do and either had the parts or were able to find them. They had it repaired in very short time. Thanks Dale's

Customer service extremely poor! I stated good morning to everyone; no one responded, they ignored me. I was appalled and shocked this business would allow employees to treat paying customers so rudely and unfair. It gets worse! They over charge on their propane cost; could not justify when asked them to explain the ridiculous cost. I highly do not recommend this business! Their behavior and unprofessionalism was totally unacceptable.

Dale's Camping Center is a great business. I am from Pine Bluff and was always under the impression that the only merchandise that was sold there was, you guessed it, camping equipment. Wow was I wrong. I had an interest in a pellet stove to heat my home. I started researching different manufacturers of pellet stoves and found that they sold them too. Not only did they sell them, they had the make and model of the stove I wanted. Dale's even has great deals on the pellets for it Dale's is a better business that I expected. I am now glad Dale's exist. The employees are also very , kind and helpful. Keep up the good work!

My experience was less than enjoyable. The lady at the front was pleasant but the man who "assisted" me had a bad attitude and I got the sense that he felt I was wasting his time. I was looking for some gears for one if the slide outs on my camper. The lady at the front desk said that they sold "a lot of them" yet when the salesman came out he said he'd never seen them before. Unless you plan to buy a camper from him then he obviously doesn't have time for you. We won't be back.

When visited on Saturday I believe it was the people that I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful but knowledge and question the questions I had they could not answer because the questions they had that I needed to answer they brought me more into reality and perspective of a camper than I could have ever imagined and thank you I Enjoyed The Visit and information I had acquired from The Visit I will go back and continue going to this place as far as I am concerned family friendship and made a lot of trail's we go extremely far

One the trail or O will make you question a lot of the long lasting to nothing here like such

Let me start by saying this is my first negative review to ever post, but I would want to know this before doing business with a company with a purchase this big.
My dad has purchased several campers over the years from Dales Camping Center in Pine Bluff. You would think they would want to have good customer service even after you have purchased a camper. My dad takes pride in anything he owns and always takes excellent care of it. This last one was a 1999 model Coleman Popup and the roof started cracking and leaking (the roof has a lifetime warranty). Coleman agreed to replace the top and sent it to Dales, where it was installed in September of 2010. The new roof began to have problems, which leads me to now. I called Dales end of January 2017 to ask how we could repair it (since Coleman went under) and Robert at Dales was a JERK, proceeded to tell me that HE WAS NOT LIABLE for this roof and Coleman had went out of business, I replied to him I am not asking for you to be liable, yet asking for help as to how I CAN fix it. He said best thing I can tell you is to sell it as is to someone. I said to Robert, so you are telling me to sell this camper knowing its issues to someone else? He said yes.
I began researching on my own and we have all of the damage repaired now and are to the point of the roof where all of the problems started and needed to know if they replaced it with the Aluminum or Filon (fiberglass) in Sept of 2010, so I once again called and the lady found the invoice that showed the shipping but could not tell me what kind it was, but said Robert had a great memory and would probably know, thinking he might be different than end of January. He got on the phone and I told him what I was needing and he said I have NO IDEA! I said to him, you don't have records of what your company installed from Coleman and he said NO I DON'T NOT ON THAT OLD, and I said hmm and HE HUNG UP ON ME! Never offered to try to help me even figure it out. I thought by law he would have records for 7 years, replaced top in September 2010, 7 years would be September 2017.
Both times he has been a jerk and hateful!!!!!!!!
If you are wanting great customer service and want to know that once they get your money that you can depend on that great customer service to continue, then this IS NOT YOUR PLACE!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today, Feb 18th
The first time I spoke to this lady was end of January and I did tell her first off I was calling in regards to my Dads camper. I never said I now owned this camper.
Also on first call end of January, I did tell them this this top was also defective and Got Robert on phone, as I was trying to explain I was looking for information how to fix it, I WAS interrupted by him, telling me as I stated above that he was not liable, and best thing I could do was sale it. All of what I said was true.
I was most certainly hung up on twice and I did get frustrated back, but only after I was talked to in a not so nice manner.
He never did say he needed to see pictures, nor how I could tell what roof was made of.
A man did come in after I had tried 2 times to get help and was hung up on and did show him the pictures of roof.
I also stated in first review it was 1999 model with roof replaced by the them in 2010, as far as the law I said I THOUGHT 7 years --it is 6 years.
The invoice she is referring to - she only located this time and not end of January because I gave her the info and invoice number my dad gave me for her to locate. It was never mentioned by her first and they never offered to help me in any way, that is all not true. If it was true, then I would have never had a reason to be upset and would have never had to have someone finally go in person. Common sense will tell you they were not helpful, because helpful people don't upset a customer and I sure didn't make it up.
As I stated in first one - he has bought more than one from Dales , so definitely a repeat customer, but this pop up is also only one ever had trouble on and needed to come back to them regarding issue.

Friendly knowledgable staff.really like that they have a parts catalog on hand for customers to take with them.can call with the part number, order what I need and pick up later.will definitely be dealing only with them in the future
