Storm dropped a tree on my power line on the top of my house. Called and was at my house in 30 minutes! Got the work done and went above and beyond, was even charged less than initial estimate. Even checked on me afterwards to make sure everything was working in the house. What a guy!

Russell is quite literatly the most genuine, professional, kind, caring and admirable person we have ever had the pleasure and privilage to use!! The AC in our home went out a while ago and we have been having to survive with small fans that didnt help the unbearable heat in the house. Us, our 2 boys, and our pets all have been miserable and every attempt to find someone to come help hook up a new AC unit always ended up blowing us off. Thats when we found Custom Electric and Russell and he immediately said he would come to our rescue. A few days later he showed up and we immediately felt like we couldnt have found a better or nicer person! He got our new unit hooked up in no time and it cost us soo much less than we expected! We will never use another company for ANY electrical issues ever again!! 5 stars doesnt even do them justice!! If anyone needs any electrical stuff done, look no further than Custom Electric Inc!!! I had these guys come out wire and put all the outlets and what not in my new house they came out was at first was very nice came out did the main wiring said once we put the walls and painted they would come back out and finish we called them after we finished everything set a time for them to come out they originally had me set for one day he even checked and said yes you are good for this day called me that day said there was a mix up and it wouldn’t be until the next week which was fine that day came they never showed came out a few days after that did a few outlets took about 20 minutes and left I have called and called to see when they were able to come back out and finish I am staying with friends and getting my house wired is my final step months go by with them giving me the run around no call backs and if he does answer he is very rude and very short with me ! I would not recommend sadly I am out hundreds of dollars paying them upfront for them to do nothing.
