My sister and I went in for the first time today. A very nice lady greeted us when we walked in and let us know about the sale. As I made my way to slippers another employee approached me, an older brunette. I had a bottle of kombucha in my hand. She told me to keep my bottle of soda closed while I shopped. I was completely taken aback. She didn’t say it in a nice tone and as we left the store I wondered if it is a company policy and if it’s posted outside. The employee was rude and unfriendly, like I a brown woman could not possibly be careful with my “soda”. I will never step foot in this store again, I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. Awful.

Amazing quality bedding and wonderful customer service! Freya was extremely helpful and let us do a lay down test on all the pillows we picked to make sure they were exactly what we were looking for! I can’t wait to go back.

Amanda is the greatest sales person I’ve ever dealt with. She’s knowledgeable, easy to speak with, and did pressure me to get anything. I ended up ordering a few things that they didn’t have in stock because of how amazing is. She’s the reason why I’m going to keep ordering from Cuddledown. GREAT JOB AMANDA!! 5 stars for Amanda, who is connected to the STORE in Maine. Great customer service!! (If could do both at the same time, I'd give 1 star for CD online site and Customer Service there. I agree with others that the shipping is outrageous when you're already spending a fortune on product!)

The prices here are really high. Excessively so. Some sale prices are ok. The merchandise seems really high quality, but isn't all worth the price. They have beautiful cards and gifts that we're reasonably priced.
I didn't buy anything because I overheard an employee named Charles speaking to another employee in a very nasty way about a customer. I prefer to spend my money in stores that value customer service.
