A little later than they estimated on their website, but everything was good & order was complete.

Unfortunately we had to wait for over an hour to have food delivered. I called the restaurant twice wondering where it was. Don't want to mention the business as the food was good and actually still hot, however, they were waiting for 45 minutes for Cruisin to pick it up! Was NOT happy but tipped the driver anyway! Will never do that again.

We had a problem with our address saying we were outside of the delivery address but we have ordered on here before. I messaged them about it, got an immediate response and the problem was fixed right away. Definitely impressed and happy!

My mother broke her ankle and had surgery. I work 40+++ hours. I was exhausted today, so Inplacwd an order around 8pm tonight through the app. At 9:15pm I called El Rancho and asked what the hold up was. They told me it was placed as a pick up order. So we ate cold Mexican food at 9:30pm...over $40 later! Previously bad experiences as well. Not again.

Had two meals from two different restaurants delivered while visiting Payson. The app was easy to use, the service prompt and the food fresh and hot. Nothing but good comments from me for this service.

Convenient but expensive. They inflate menu prices, charge $5 delivery fee and ask for a tip. They need to streamline the prices. I do not recommend this delivery service in Payson, AZ

They deliver, Good.
It takes forever, so, plan ahead.

Wife didn't get what was ordered. Then they ghosted us. Won't be giving these people our business. Doesn't even have a phone number to call, just facebook.
