The store is tricking people into buying reusable bags. The cashier, Chris, said, Is this bag ok for you. You say yes, boom, there is a dollar charge all of a sudden. I said something to the manager and she said ok and Chris smiled, thought it was funny. Look, I know sales contests, and if you had said, would you like to buy this bag for a buck I would have. Instead, you have to redo the transaction and refund me. I heard another cashier doing the same thing, and I told the lady it's a charge for that bag she said what?! Super angry. Let's top this off. The scam is so big that they don't even keep the regular bags in reach, and it's in a cabinet behind them. Some people are skimming by. Stop scamming people. I would have bought the 12 people in line bags if there was honestly involved. And I do mean it, i was at another store that mentioned we are doing a contest to see who could sell this dollar item at the register and I said there are how many people in line I'll buy them each one, 20 people were in line, I handed the guy a 20 bucks. Honesty works in your favor. I have so many bags because people ask, would you like this bag for a dollar extra... Honesty does work. Chris was extremely rude and thought it was funny, literally laughing. The manager Erin should not be playing games with customers like that. It was also 45 mins to close, and Erin, the manager, was counting her drawer and closing it while the store was packed full of people. Telling people just being card only before i got up to the register, as she had a drawer with cash in it. While I was checking out, I watched her count over 1000 bucks in cash. Not smart in this location or any place of business, while it's that busy time while people are all over in the store. And a constant line of 10+ people the whole 30 mins I was in the store.
Be more worried about the guy that got 3 pairs of crocs and walked out the front door than the bags for a buck sales and the fact you want to go home 5 mins after close, rather than staying 30 mins after close.

Over the phone had good customer service once you walk into the store the total opposite employees are enjoying themselves talking to coworkers and not helping nor welcoming in as we approach one to tell him we have an order on hold he has no clue starts looking until he finds it complaining turns out he's a general manager when checking out and he asks "large bag ok" without mentioning there is a bag charge close to $3 ridiculous I don't shop here often to know they charge the bags.

I bought a pair that was missing the clip. Obviously if I had seen that the part was missing I wouldn't have paid for them. I want back the following day to see if they could trade for a different pair which they had, so I could wear them. Without the missing part I can't wear them. Manager Said "nothing can be done, the store is not going to take the loss. I'm out $45 for something I can't wear. Worst part as I was walking out the lady that helped me was laughing at me. Will never go back to the store and I will advise others to be very careful when shopping at that store. Awful customer service.

Tried to come get my autistic son the crocs hes been asking for, hes been in almost everyday trying to find just the right ones (if u know autistic children u understand this was a long process!) He finally decided on some so as soon as I got off of my 12 hour work shift I rushed over here and got here at 7:20 to find the doors locked! The guy kept telling me no and shaking his head. I tried calling and they refused to answer. I literally needed ONE pair of shoes and it was 40 minutes before closing! Absolutely ridiculous.
