the girls in here deserve a raise! i bought the wrong size and they had to give me the display size. these girls broke their backs to find the other pair which was so kind!! i wish i got their names but this was on april 2nd at around 12:30. thank you again, they seriously went the extra mile to make me satisfied with my purchase.

Caitlin at the Crocs store gave us amazing customer service. My friend is blind and she spent about 40 minutes with us describing the colors and styles of all the crocs and waited by patiently while she tried them on and answered all of her questions. She even went in the back and brought out more styles and sizes for her. Thank you Caitlin for your amazing customer service.

Bad Service. Put a wrong crocs in our bag and need to drive back to exchange but the crocs rep was uncaring about letting us modify the sale to switch out the pair they messed up on for a different pair since they were clearance items, even though they were the ones putting the wrong crocs in our bag.

This place is a Croc! I had to do it... But, really, it's full of cross of all types and sizes. The fun part was picking through all of the croc charms. I bought a few for my daughter. She loved them.

Huge user of crocs and purchased their crossbody purse. Went in for assistance to apply jibits. First girl assisted really didn't care and once I mentioned her I don't care attitude was unacceptable another worker stepped in. I told her I'm sure you don't care, it's not your money. Problem is the charms don't go on purse cause it's too thick. I purchased charms to match purse but can't use them.
