Do NOT rent here! After putting up with a cockroach infestation for 8 months, literally roaches crawling on me and my husband, they terminated our lease for “not cleaning up after our dogs.” Which we absolutely did. Then they took us to court for not paying rent for the month AFTER they terminated our lease. Don’t give this place your money. There’s much nicer places in CG for the same price and with better management.

So since the new management has taken over I get the Karen vides. First new patio rules. I had 2 folding chair out front. But it's not considered patio furniture so had to remove or get $50-$100 fine. It's a walkway not a patio. No kids toys or grill's allowed outside. Started inspecting all vehicles tags and registration and give 1 day notice or it will get towed. Even if you tell them it's in the process it will still get towed. Yes their are roaches, I spray every month myself just cause I don't like people in my space. But will still see 1 or 2 every now and then. Pool and gates are down half the time. I can't count how many times the water has been shut off cause of needed repairs. Maybe it's just me but I don't care for this place anymore.

Take your money elsewhere G! They ripped my brother off. Cited him for failing to pay his rent five days before it was due! Then proceeded to take him to court for it, where the judge didn't want to hear from him at all. Immediately judged on courtyards behalf. Reading these reviews it don't look as if my brother is the only one they did like that! 👀 Rent is outrageous for what them studios are inside, like be foreal homegirl......You foul & u know it!

Property is in great shape, when issues arise apartment staff are on top of it. I really liked the value...great price and neat facilities.
It is also a safe environment for families, my family just enjoyed the amenities they have. Keep up the great work!! We are in need of more apartment facilities like this one throughout our city.

I’m moved to courtyard apartments about November 2024 and paid my rent every month on time and was late for the first time for the first time this month & mind you, the lease said I have until the 15th to pay it and the lady from the office was banging on my door everyday from March 1st to about March 14th and then when I had the money to pay the rent which was on the 15th Don the lady in front goes “oh there’s a late fee & a court cancellation fee” I didn’t go back bc that’s bs for her to do to me then left eviction papers on my door and of course the judge sided with courtyard & didn’t even give me a chance, something Racist is going on at these apartments and I hope they get shut down or something because they’re doing too many people wrong And God doesn’t like ugly.

About a week after move I would’ve given this place no stars everything in my apartment was broken although I was told it was move in ready however as soon as I made them aware they took care of things immediately. I’ve been here less than a year and was considering breaking my lease until we received new management. She’s very friendly and has been working nonstop since her company took over with repairs and grounds clean up. The pool has not been swimmable and green since I moved in and they’ve already fixed it and it safe to swim. I expressed my concerns to her about how I did not receive the unit that was agreed upon during my tour and she said they would gladly see if I can be switched to the u it I originally requested. She has a long way to go to fix the negligent behaviors of previous management which is why I chose 3 stars but she’s off to a great start.

Courtyard apartments was the worst experience. While starting out, the first like 3 months was great. Excellent experience with the front desk, they have a gym membership, wonderful floor plan, honestly we would have stayed there for that alone. Then someone near us moved out and the cockroaches never went away, like 50 a day cleanup, hundrends of them. I asked them to spray and move the appliances so they can clean and spray underneath them. All they did was send a bug guy to like press a poison in 1 or 2 places. He said that's was enough. I emailed them multiple times and kept having the bug eye come out basically every few weeks and the only thing they would do was put the poison in a couple places and they kept telling me it was going to be enough. No moving of the appliances, no sprawing i even cleaned and moved furniture out of the way to get to places. I would say roughly about six months and I started noticing water when it rained next to the french doors, I am on the first of two floors and somehow the water got through the balconies into my apartment and they said it was just a leak and they would handle it, Never did. Three months until the end of the lease, there was a personal issue and I had to let them know we were not gonna renew. Both me and my husband went to the leasing office. Talk to the lady and they said all we would need to do is come in before the last month and sign saying we were not going to renew. 2 months after leaving, we get something saying that you have to sign 2 months before and that we did not give them enough time. And we owe basically a full month worth of rent. I've had collections before but never like this. A guy called me and tell me that my credit would be ruined, sounding like it was a life or death situation and he also called every one of my contacts on the lease to get the money from them saying it was a life-and-death situation and they needed again contact with me as soon as possible. Just all over would not recommend, stressful and they need to actually tear the buildings down, definitely not up to living code. Structure seems to be actually falling apart
