Very good prices and a huge selection of furniture. The furniture is professionally displayed. They have good quality products at fair prices. I brought a picture in and showed it to one of the sales people. He tried to find the chair for me, to no avail. However he took the time to try. I appreciate that very much. The show room is much nicer than the exterior of the building. Don’t let the exterior of the building stop you from coming in to look at this furniture. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They have the best selection of large sectional couch’s that I have seen anywhere. I have some very unique pieces as well. From traditional to ultra modern to shaggy chic. You can compare their prices and I believe you’ll be happy.

My cats destroyed my couch. I needed a replacement but inexpensive due to the possibilities of my cats continuing to control everything in the household. I went to the NLR store. James helped me and did an awesome job. Made some calls when I wanted other colors etc … found a precious sofa with a chaise on the end. Mini sectional maybe? Either way BOOM, bought it in 30 minutes and I was off to enjoy my Saturday.

Go ANYWHERE ELSE! I used this place several times and was so happy that I told everyone to go here. Then I went to buy several pieces for my new house. I was trying to buy everything all at once so tried to only buy what was in stock. But I wanted different legs for the chairs so I paid $200 extra for legs that would come in later. No problem. They came to deliver everything and did not have the chairs. They said someone was supposed to call, they had not called but things happen and we would get the chairs soon. A few days turned into a couple of months but since I had paid, I really could not do anything so I figured it would be okay. The chairs finally arrived but they did not have the legs. Called back and went around and around until someone admitted they had not been ordered. Again, things happen. They said they would get them ordered. When they arrived, they were just the same freaking legs that were on the chair. Called again, they sent me to a manager at the LR location, supposedly over both locations. She said they were really busy, could she call me back. Never heard back. So now I paid $200 extra for the same chair legs. I will NEVER be back. I am the type of person that can look over mess ups, because things happen. But to make me responsible to call them to fix their multiple mistakes, I just don't have time for that.

Cost Plus quote was the best around on the Mayo sofa We were looking at. We ordered Mayo sofa and was promised delivery in 4 weeks & they delivered on that promise. Very pleased with the outstanding service Davis provided during the entire process. Always responding promptly to each & every question & concern. We are currently waiting on our furniture bcz we just made our purchase but overall the experience was great. Aaron Davis is the real deal and he made sure we were knowledgeable about our choices and worked hard to please us. Ms. Tonya was great as well. I’m so happy and pleased with my furniture! My family and I went shopping and Thank God we walked into Cost Plus furniture! It felt right at home.
