When I bought my house the inspection order states all work to be done. This company upgraded my breaker box and was supposed to install new outlets also fire alarms. Didn't mark what breaker went to which room and didn't put all the fire alarms in. I have called them for two years and still to this day haven't heard back. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Had a mess when I to clean up and still having breaker problems. Made many calls and have left messages never heard back.

Kevin and his guys helped us through the very difficult process of re-wiring our entire home. We had recently purchased our home and wanted to upgrade the electrical. Including adding fixtures, outlets, fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors. They did it all and made it easy. Everything from helping to decide where switches and fixtures should go to the color of the lighting. They even were able to give me ideas for lighting and outlets that I had not even dreamed would be possible with my budget. They were reasonably priced and very professional. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone!

Edit: I decided to edit this review based on a text from Kurt Copeland asking me to "remove it". I'm not saying he was forcefully asking me to, I'm just saying that was the request. I'm editing the part in regards to Copeland Electric workmanship. Since he ghosted me and did not provide services I feel it's unfair to note something based on negative comments from others which I can't validate from personal experience.

With this edit, I will note that I do find it ironic that I had to write a bad review because I was ghosted by the company that said they would assist me, but once I put up a bad review they reached out real quick. The worst part of it is, I wouldn't have cared if my service was pushed back, it's the fact there was ZERO (0) respect from Copeland Electric when he didn't call or text to let me know of a change, and to make it worse refused to respond to my calls and texts. So I am willing to edit my review notations on "workmanship", but I will not "remove" a negative review just because the person that showed disrespect wants me to. Workmanship, I don't know... reliability and respect, none. Maybe it's different for his bread and butter customers, I don't know, but since my experience is very similar to another reviewer of Copeland, a common denominator is a common denominator.

I can share the exact same experience as another reviewer here. I was needing someone to look at a panel issue I had in the garage. Kurt Copeland said he was busy and would make it out the next day to at least review. No problem waiting. My issue was non-emergency.

Come day and 1/2 later he still hasn't shown up nor reached out to me about how he missed his time. I called him, no answer. I sent him a text with images of the panel to give him a better idea of what might be needed, no answer.

I was ghosted by this electrician that failed to meet his times mentioned when seriously just needed to respond and explain something came up. Again, my issue wasn't emergency based.

I ended up finding someone that was out real quick to assist, and after what I've learned am very glad Kurt Copeland decided to just ghost me as a customer and after seeing another review I'm not the first.
