Positive: Location was good, staff was helpful. The hotel was a disappointment. Negative: We chose this one because it was newer than several others we've stayed in, however - the first room AC didn't work, 2nd room TV didn't work - clerk came up and wiggled cords and ended up gently moving back the TV so the cords didn't come undone. Noisy.

Reserved a room for a 3 night stay when we were on our way from Virginia we get there early Thursday morning and get counted as a no show we paid in advance for 3 nights! Should not matter when we show up and went ahead and paid for Wednesday night even though we knew we would not be there until Thursday morning! We have a 8 month old and a 4 year old with us I paid for Wednesday for easy check in and ohhh boyyy was I wrong! This was a miserable trip to say the least and horrible customer service I had to pay for Thursday night twice and they refuse to refund me my money which in my opinion is absolute bs! Had the dam thermostat hanging out of the wall and the air did not work just an absolute nightmare I would not recommend my dog staying here! If I could give it 0 stars I most definitely would! I will be contacting a higher authority because this is not how you run a business and they had wires hanging out of the walls when in the reservation they knew we had kids! So we will be taking legal action immediately! DO NOT STAY here! Talked to another lady while there and she couldn’t even get a was cloth! Horrible horrible experience couldn’t even relax because we were stressed out because of the budget we was on! Horrible establishment!

Positive: Location and price Negative: As an example, in the exercise room the TV did not work, the treadmill did not work, the water machine required bottles, but all of the bottles in the room were empty. The breakfast in the lobby did not include healthy options.

This was the most disappointing stay I have ever experienced. My family came to town for my mother's graduation, and upon our arrival at check-in around 3pm, we were informed that only one room was ready despite booking two rooms. I emphasized the urgency of needing both rooms as we had less than an hour to prepare for the graduation ceremony. The room we were eventually assigned had no power, forcing us to get ready in darkness. Upon reporting the issue, we were given keys to another room with the assurance that it would be ready upon our return from the graduation.

When we returned around 9pm, we found another guest already in the room, leading us to make yet another trip down to the front desk. During this ordeal, my 84-year-old grandmother suffered a fall as her legs gave out, and the elevator door closed on her. The room we were finally allocated still had issues - the phone and coffee machine were not functional. Additionally, small dogs barked incessantly throughout the night, despite the hotel's claim of no pets allowed.

To add to our frustrations, the hotel charged my card five times for the rooms, totaling $1000. Although the manager rectified this upon our checkout, it was a significant inconvenience. I have never encountered such a series of mishaps and disappointments during a hotel stay before.

Excellent location central area with many restaurants and options. Quick driving distances. Have stayed at this hotel for 5 years on my conway visits however it has gotten worse each time. Used to be helpful now the staff is rather short. Booked a room recently for two doubles and they decided to give me a king with a pullout instead claiming that was all that was left. Keys to rooms don’t work, rooms are left dirty. The renovations leave the room feeling like a hospital room, white with solid surface floors and sparse furnishings. Furnishings don’t match and the extra seating has been removed. Breakfast times are so short unless you wake up super early forget about grabbing something. Strong smell of weed in the middle of the night. Usually front desks do nothing so didn’t even bother calling down. Thinking from now on of finding a new place to spend my time and money in Conway.

Currently remodeling. Friendly staff. They closed breakfast down early when people were still eating. Door handle for both the main door and the bathroom door were broke for our room. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We were told the pool was open but it isn't and hasn't been for months because of remodeling. Also exposed wiring in the wall of our room.
