Wonderful stay! Booked with booking.com and call to switch to a disabled room because my husband had a broken back. The employee made a mistake and only switched one night of my room over to the disabled room. But when we checked in Evan fix the problem lickety split. He was so courteous and kind inefficient all night as we had many requests. The room was very spacious clean and very comfortable for a disabled person..... Except for the shower. It did have lots of handrails and a seat in two shower heads one which detached however it is a high step into the bathtub and the bottom of the shower is a little slippery. The location is peaceful and the smoking area outside areas are safe. A great stay and we will definitely come back

Out of all the places in Little Rock, I think this is the best of all! Such a great location, the room was perfect, breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in the comfort suites… This is a very, very nice place, I will return!

Judging by other reviews, that Nancy is a piece of work This was by far the worst hotel establishment I've ever encountered. And definitely by far the fast check-in and check-out process for a record. When I walked into the establishment, I was greeted with a really strong chemical smell. Check-in had quite a long line, being completed by a gentleman who was clearly flushed and overworked. He worked tirelessly between two screens and informed us that the system was down. It was clear he was affected by the smell as well. During his work, the phone rang multiple times. I could tell the conversations were from guests already on the establishment as his exact words were, "I'm not sure what the smell is, I'm the only here. I started my shift at 3, and I haven't had a chance to walk around." FLAG. As soon as I approached the second floor from the elevator, I soon found that smell. It was a man painting without a mask, a fan, or any ventilation. To add insult, this was all night to my room, and he could be heard through the wall speaking loudly on the phone. I couldn't bare the smell so I had to go. I left my luggage in the room and went back down to the desk to request another room on a different floor. Apparently the 2nr floor was under construction and there was no signage whatsoever stating this. I was told by the man at the desk that he wasn't aware of a painter bc he hasn't had time to walk around. I informed him that the ice room was a complete construction zone and there isn't any way we can stand sleep there. I was told that there aren't any other rooms do to a very large group/conference that rented out all the other rooms. So I was advised to email the manager Nancy. He said she is NEVER there, but she answers emails quickly, and she comps rooms for issues, "stuff smaller than this." I emailed her as he advised (PLEASE READ IT BELOW). She immediately called me with a NASTY tone, she threatened me and told me that she has checked me out and that she's calling the police to have us charged with trespassing. She was upset that I took photos of the construction, apparently he was working off the books. I waited for the police, they arrived and were nothing short of amazing. They informed us that what she did and said was not ok and that they would not file anything on me and gave me a service number for her INSTEAD. They also asked that I escalate this to corporate because they couldn't stand the chemical smell and that it wasn't safe for anyone to inhale for an extended time. Little Rock police department also stated there are no laws prohibiting videos or photos Thanks Nancy

I want to leave a positive note for this hotel, and their manager, Nancy. My family had booked a one night stay with a non-cancellable rate. A couple weeks before our trip, my husband hurt his back and was unable to travel. I called the hotel and within minutes, the manager got back to me and refunded us the cost of the entire stay. I sincerely appreciate that I didn't have to fight to get this refund. There is still decency and kindness in the world!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. I will say that the walls are thin. Our last night there the people next door had their tv on and we could hear the sound/bass all night. Which made sleeping very difficult. So if you are a light sleeper I would suggest some ear plugs. Also, the shower head was very loose so the water pressure was not the best. We did eat breakfast there once and the selections were great. We also used the pool which they advertised as being heated but it definitely was not. Regardless of it being cold my daughter still had fun. Overall, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
