The rooms are very clean, very well arranged. The staff was very nice and helpful with all our needs and questions. The indoor pool is big very clean chlorinated correctly. Kids had a lot of fun. The lobby has a lot of seating areas comfortable too. The breakfast area is well organized there are so many foods and drinks to choose from. Hot breakfast of waffles freshly made and eggs biscuits and gravy so much more. The amenities are truly wonderful. The price for rooms and all these services are great value. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Good room, good service. Pet friendly. Wish king room could accommodate our one small dog. Had 2 queens. Pet deposit $50 refunded. Price differed from internet price, slightly. Breakfast good. Clean, good location. May stay again, but will seek info on pet friendly motels in the same area.

Great staff, clean rooms and great breakfast availability. Place is under construction but don’t mind that a bit. I will always come back to this location. It’s in a great location with many food options to choose from. It has multiple vehicle chargers including for Teslas.

Rooms were super clean & quiet (very important to me). Front desk agent was friendly and helpful. Location is right off highway and surrounded by restaurants, Walmart & coffee shops.

I’ll start with the initial check in. The female clerk that checked me in was rude and impatient. I booked with reward travel points and selected this room as it was pet friendly. I made sure to inform the clerk that I had my cat with me, although I had already selected that option when I booked the room. She made quite a big deal out of it and stated she was never told I had a pet and that my check in would take much longer. I apologized if the booking did not show it, but all in all the check in only took about a minute longer. She pulled out the dramatics for absolutely no reason while others waiting to check in watched. The room: I booked a double queen room. As soon as I opened the door, the mildew smell was overpowering. The room just had an overall feeling of dampness. It was dingy and did not feel very clean. I am not a huge hotel snob, but I would prefer not to sleep in a mildew filled room with questionable carpet. All in all, my experience was unpleasant and I would not stay here again.

I would give no stars if possible. My husband came home with unmistakable bed bug bites after his stay here. We are now spending money to ensure they were not brought home with him. One of the other reviews said this as well. If there had been any other room available in Conway the weekend he needed, I would not have had him stay here but it was literally the only option with a room and now we know why. Avoid at all costs.

We stopped here for one night. It's a dog-friendly property ($20 per dog). Wish we had stopped somewhere else. The rooms are so outdated. The key readers both outside and inside did not work well and we were so frustrated by this. It was noisy inside at night.
