Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, Wi-fi easy to access, microwave& refrigerator, desk, and Direct TV. Gym has treadmill and stairmaster, but no weights. Indoor poolBreakfast was outstanding with scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, waffles and 4 cereals, coffee decaf & regular), Apple & orange juice.

15-20 years ago, this was a 4 star star Hotel. Today, I am surprised that it is not closed. Paper thin walls (People watching TV at 4AM) dirty carpets, walls, and bathrooms. There was a mold like/Humidity smelll when I entered the room (Now I know the reason for the empty glade smell container on top of cabinet). The chair picture says it all. For reference, I have traveled domestically and internationally for 25 years and know a thing or two about hotels.

Quality of room upkeep wasn’t as good as expected. Needs more durable furniture. Bathroom seat was broken/low quality. Tub stopped/drain issue. No closure on duvet/comforter (visible yellow stains). Table scratches and chips. Chairs worn down. Carpets un-kept/dirty. Walls dirty/stained. Housekeeping did great with cleaning but, the room itself had low quality items. Surprising for a hotel that has many guest.
Also, laundry dryer ate my coins. Washer doesn’t have hot water. Resulted in laundry detergent stained/half washed clothes.

Hotel is in some serious need of updating because everything was just plain nasty including the people who worked there who were just plain rude and acted like they clearly didn’t care about being there to work and serve their customers who are paying a lot of money to not get the customer service I think we all deserve. I will start with the walls and floors which are just plain gross and the bathroom sink kept backing up and so did the toilet which you had to put the paper in the trash because god forbid if you didn’t go luck getting it to go down and not backing the already backed up toilet. At least the beds looked clean and the towels. The elevator seems to have a ghost lol and made us reluctant to use it. The only thing that was good at breakfast was the waffles and bacon but everything else if available was left much to be desired. Oh course stuff was not kept up with so we had to wait for the lady at the counter to come stock it again the 1st day and the 2nd day was a little better but still left much to be desired. The coffee was not good and we had to go find a place to get a good cup of coffee. So overall I hate to leave a review of this nature but after spending lot for 2 nights I just think they should be able to take care of this hotel better specially for the price. And they need to desperately educate their employees because I only had one be nice to me and thanked me but other then that everyone else was just plain rude.

Nasty room, had to clean it myself upon arrival.The toilet had urine on it so bad and on the floor sticky & smelly. 1 bed looked totally not clean and already slept on. Dirty & damaged everywhere!! Stained up walls, board on floor popping up. I let the 1 person they had on duty and got new sheets for both beds, new towels and everything. Sprayed it all with lysol. The pool was cloudy looking and didn't smell right so we couldn't use that. Amenities was a joke, lady put out 3 cookies only, 1 each I guess? Breakfast buffet was rubber steamed cheese egg & sausage. I know it is small town, but think they can do better for $130.per night. There were stains on everything,believe some were blood, feses.,urine. Also extreme build up behind all furniture. They didn't even bother to give us either of the discounts we had, veteran, senior, aarp, When I reserved the room, it was extremely made out to be something it wasn't for sure. A nice place to stay 2 days and nights.

Plain out smells like mildew in rooms and needs attention all around. Plugged up our phone charger and it melted like there was an electrical short in the outlet. Wallpaper buckling on the walls. We showered and stood on water. Please corporate office do a redo

The road leading up to it needs to be cleaned up. Overall appearance is an older hotel that has gone through a few remodels. Walked in and immediately smelled like mildew. Room was okay, bedding had hairs, nightstand drawer pull was broken and hanging, large white stain on couch. The cookies were nice.
