The remodeled rooms are nice! The beds are comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good, and the tub surround was new. We had everything we needed. Plenty of parking, dog walk area, pool, continental breakfast, fridge and microwave.

Struttura accogliente anche se trattasi di un motel, per cui il prezzo risulta un po’ troppo alto. Camera molto pulita, funzionale e letto comodo. Personale molto accogliente, simpatico e disponibile. Colazione inclusa a partire dalle 7.

The place was super homey. And the staff was fantastic. They had a very nice pool and little game room. The breakfast was a very nice grab and go type. The parking was very good and the staff made sure we had everything thing we need to have a fantastic stay

Room was very clean and parking is very convenient for my needs. I parked about 5 feet from a sliding glass door to the room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying at Colonial. Very close to stores and major travel routes.

Super cute hotel that's really clean. Nice little free breakfast & coffee selections. The room doors and beds are a bit worn in and could use some love but other than that, great place.

This is an amazing place for the value. It is a bit like stepping back into the 1970s or 80s. Very basic decor, no closet in the room I had, etc. But, I have to say my dog & I really enjoyed our stay in the Annex. Barry & all of the employees were incredibly accomodating. We used the ice machine & the laundry. Coffee & tea always available. Our room, mini fridge & microwave were exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, courteous staff. Location was great for our trip to Acadia National Park. We were looking for a relatively inexpensive place nar the Park, and found it here. Would stay here again if we were to visit again.
