I have had amazing service every time I've been in there. My last service I needed some Coach Tags and have them personalized. Taiz texted me about ordering them for me. Took down the size I needed, color and the personalization information. She went above and beyond knowing I needed them soon. Everyone at this store have been super helpful.

TERRIBLE customer service! Every girl that works in there is extremely rude and disrespectful. They whisper to themselves about the customers, all on their phones and they lie about their inventory. I asked 3 different associates for the same item and they each told me a different response. No floor knowledge or store etiquette.
Seriously worst experience l've ever had. Kimmy was working and she made a very passive aggressive comment to us, and there was a short girl with short brown hair and no makeup that has absolutely no floor knowledge or customer service skills. I have no idea how she even got the job. For a holiday shopping experience they made it uncomfortable and a waste of time.

Very nice store. Clean and well organized. I like the bright colors. I was close to buying a lavender purse in the sale section but I controlled myself. I love the pride collection they have here at Coach. Very colorful and fun styles. This is a larger Coach store and it was very well stocked.

Their attentiveness during my viait was a pleasant surprise as they were able to point out several vintage Coach pieces i happened to be wearimg while in the store. Honestly was disappointed with how i was treated in this location considering im an employee at a different location. Teresa approached me to help out & after i told her i was an employee she told me i was wasting her time because she could be helping other customers who actually need assistance. Just felt rude and over all an uncomfortable interaction. Employee or not at the end of the day i am a paying customer & a guest in THAT store.
