Poor Service Experience

I had a less-than-satisfactory visit to this store. Out of three staff members, only one—a kind older gentleman—offered decent customer service. The other two were dismissive and unprofessional. We discovered a sock in one of the shoe boxes, and the saleswoman's reluctance to deal with it properly was frustrating.

The advertised deal of $89.99 for two pairs of shoes didn’t apply as expected, and when we questioned the incorrect total of $220, the saleswoman was dismissive and unhelpful. Only after some back and forth did a younger salesman adjust the price, but his comment about not wanting to "ARGUE" was disrespectful.

We didn’t argue in-store because we didn’t want to embarrass the older gentleman who was genuinely kind, especially with other customers present. However, this experience left much to be desired.

I’ve been shopping here for a long time and I always get excellent service. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and very willing to help you try to find what you are looking for. I was just given a compliment on a pair of dressy blue flats (very unique) that I got at this store. I was able to tell my friend that I would have never found them if the employee (sorry, I don’t remember her name but it was Dec. 22, 2022) hadn’t gone above and beyond for me. Told her what I needed and she got on a ladder and went through every blue 8.5 to see if I liked them. I have never seen a more willing and helpful employee. Great job Clark’s on careful hiring and thank you so much to the young lady….you know who you are.

Had to visit a brick and mortar location to try on shoes since the online stores had a huge variety. Great conversation with the sales people. It turned out to be a great experience because there was a sale going on. Woo-hoo!

If there's tons of shoes here, they're hidden very well. Store was so empty a with minimal shoes displayed. That made the visit very disappointing. There are very very very limited amount of shoes there. I'm surprised the store even exists. I walked in, say the few displayed, staff said all the shows were on display and I laughed while walking out. I visited later because I went online, purchased two pair of shoes, which run very small, I had to return both to the store. They not only did not have either shoe, but it was hard returning them and seemed to be a problem for the sales staff. Why do people work in a service industry and have a bad attitude? I didn't get the shoes there because their stock is limited so I online.it was only bshoes.to be gotten. Very very disappointing experience

Staff so rude! After doing my research on this brand. I was excited to make a big purchase of shoes. Staff never acknowledge me or asked if I needed help. This whole staff needs more training on customer service. It's really sad that the manager is okay with this.
