My husband and I (and our picky cat!) absolutely love living here! It’s been about three months since we moved in, and we couldn’t be happier. Beyond the beautiful complex and fantastic amenities, the staff including the maintenance team truly make City Lights stand out. From the very beginning, Devin was incredibly helpful and kind. Her warm personality turned what could have been a very stressful and daunting process into something smooth and enjoyable.

The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe, exactly what we were looking for. The newly upgraded amenities are top-notch, and the location is incredibly convenient. We can walk to the grocery store and the movie theater, which makes everyday life so much easier. We’re so grateful to have found the perfect place to call home!

I recently toured City Lights At Town Center Apartments, and while the property itself is fantastic, what truly stood out was Devin, the leasing specialist. She was absolutely amazing—genuinely warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. Her kindness felt authentic, not just a polite smile but a real, heartfelt connection.

As fellow parents of four-year-olds, we had so much to talk about, and her personable nature made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. She is truly an asset to this company—if it were up to me, she’d get a million raises all at once because she deserves it!

Beyond the beautiful property, knowing that someone as fantastic as Devin is there makes us even more excited about calling this place home. City Lights, please don’t ever let her go—she’s a gem!

DO NOT RENT HERE. NOT WORTH IT.

Living at City Lights Complex has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. While the apartments themselves are modern, the management is unresponsive, dismissive, and has no real interest in fixing ongoing issues that affect residents.

One of the biggest problems is the lack of proper amenity access. Residents pay a premium in rent, yet we cannot fully utilize the amenities we were promised. After months of waiting for renovations, the operating hours are ridiculously limited—closing at 6 PM Monday through Saturday and 5 PM on Sundays. This is completely unfair, especially for working residents who get home in the evening. Meanwhile, some amenities remain open to the public until 10 PM, making it clear that residents are not the priority. On top of that, the fees to reserve amenities are outrageously high, which makes no sense when we’re already paying for them in our rent.

However, the most unacceptable issue has been the elevator situation. For two months, one of the elevators has been out of service, making daily life extremely inconvenient—especially for families with small children, elderly residents, or those with disabilities. The only reason the issue is even being tended to and the only reason residents receive any updates is because I have personally had to repeatedly email and harass management to take action. Even after two months of this ongoing problem, residents have received zero compensation for the inconvenience and safety risks of having to walk across the complex just to access a working elevator.

Management is completely unresponsive unless you push them to act, and even then, the bare minimum is done. If you’re considering moving here, think twice—this complex might look nice, but the way it’s run is absolutely not worth the price. Until management actually prioritizes its residents, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
