I normally do not shop at this place but bc my cousin mom house caught on fire, I'd decided to bring her here. I wasn't notified about the clothes exchange room being locked since covid. The guy literally made us walk, until the other lady said something that they haven't been opened since covid. The lady wasn't welcoming and the guy at the registered wasn't welcoming either. He did tell us to have a goodnight, but I don't know I just didn't get a welcoming vibe here.

I have started back shopping at this store since the rude manager who was there is gone. Those running the store now are extremely nice, polite and helpful.

This Citi Trends have improved a lot within the last few years, especially since I complained about their low quality stuff and the fact that their items were not fashionable at all and they didn't have any updated shoes and clothes! Thank God that they listened, and now they keep their store stocked with new items daily! I'm so happy to shop there now, I don't know what they did, maybe corporate got on to them.. but they have really upped their A game 💯 Good job Citi Trends 🙌🏼 now I can go there and get several outfits with the matching shoes and accessories! Now this is the Citi Trends that I know and love 😘

I went there 12/15/19 to purchase a gift card. The only one they had was being used for training, it had store writing on it as well as stickers, it was not gift material. The light complexion black lady manager, hair in a afrocentric puff, was upset that I did not want that card. She rolled her eyes and was about to go off, I left the store and reported her to corporate, advised corporate to view the date and time I was in the store She was rude!! Who wants a visible used gift card? But she disrespected the right one that day!!
Might I add the 2 black men working were both courteous employees. All it takes is one bad apple, hope she reads this!!

Good place to shop they have great priced items and things you can't find anywhere else Christmas is a good time to shop for gifts reasonably priced for all ages

....in attempts to obtain clothing for fourth of July festivities, I was assumed to be a shoplifter before I even had a chance to even pick out an outfit for me and my son. I guess me browsing too closely to the merchandise and clutching my own belongings made me a person of interest because apparently I had too much room in my Gucci purse.

Inexpensive clothing, they have layaway available for those who need it. Not a big selection for certain sizes such as toddler boys, big men, plus size, and dresses.

They do have some good bargains on clothing, shoes, and accessories, but the employees are horribly rude. They do not like helping customers on the floor, and the cashiers don't greet or thank the customers.
