Found this place on the apartment app it looked really nice so I was excited to view it. I schedule a tour for Saturday got an email saying everything’s good to go. Arrived early and noticed the office was closed so it had to be self guided tour which was not brought up. Scheduled a self guided tour had to come back 2 hours later since there was nothing available sooner. Came back at the scheduled time and the pin to look at the unit was not sent so us so we called the # who said someone would call us back. Really tried giving this place a chance but honestly it’s run so poorly with no respect for peoples time so we won’t even bother to see what a nightmare it might be to actually rent here. Oh & just in case you were curious we bothered to wait for a call back which never came.

Do not rent here! I made the mistake of reading the reviews after I moved in. The internet is the first problem, it works whenever it wants. They had to re-wire my outdoor lines due to the installation of non water proof lines. So all houses will eventually go through 2 weeks of waiting for contractors to fix the problem. They fixed it and two days later a community outage has been reported. Straight trash! Not to mention all my flooring started to peel up, took a month to semi resolve the issue. The offered me a new unit, but I had to come up with the money to move into a different place. Not good customer service. Bailey in the front office is rude. I asked her for the managers number she said she will not give it to me. I can continue with the little negativity but I will stop. Do not rent here it’s not a luxury it’s been miserable.

Do not rent from here. I have tried calling the corporate office I have left 10 voicemails they do not care to respond. Horrible place do not rent here. Still having flooring issues since July it is almost September.

Horrible management. Our lease was over March 28th and we were charged a cleaning fee along with a whole house painting fee . After reaching out multiple times, we finally got in touch with Patricia and discussed the issue. We were refunded back a check, but we have not yet received anything. Again I reached out to Patricia and still nothing. It’s been over 9 weeks since the check was sent . I reached out AGAIN and now she is no longer working there. Front office never answers which I never understood if the office was always empty. I definitely don’t recommend renting from this location. Don’t waste your time or money.

I just wanted to add that I am still very happy here and I still receive great service from maintenance and so happy with them. We have a new guy, Tanner, who is prompt, and makes a great addition to Tino. Thank you!
I've lived in tons of places all around the world and have never met staff who cared so much for the residents. The gals at the office are super sweet and our maintenance guys are the kindest and hardest-working people I've ever met, who also really care about keeping our community in tip-top condition. Our pool is the bomb and is kept nicer than any 5-star resort I've been to! There aren't many people you can trust like you can these guys. Thanks, Ryan and Tino!

The office management is terrible. If you’re on the “wait list” don’t expect to be notified, you have to call them. Unfortunately my partner and I rented here for a little over a year and half of the time our direct tv that we paid for in the internet package wasn’t working. We tried to take steps on our own to fix this issue and after direct tv came out to our unit, they told us they would contact the office then the office management would reach out to us. That never happened and paying that much money for the technology package was agonizing to pay the bill every month and not be able to watch cable tv. Honestly save your money and don’t rent here.

Do not rent from here!!!. I applied they said it would take 3 days to be approved but they had no problem stealing my money. I still didn’t get an approved from them after 21
Days. I called left message within that time frame and never heard back. Every time I called they were rude and acted like I was bothering them. I have good credit, a good job and perfect rental history so I should have been approved immediately. I was forced to get another apartment since I couldn’t wait any longer. I request my $200 processing fee back since they didn’t process anything I have called and left messages for the corporate office and for Todd Wood CEO. Thank God I didn’t end up renting here, I could only imagine how horrible it would be. Patrica or is it Mellisa, I actually think that Mellisa is the manager she is extremely rude and has a chip on her shoulder. She told me to email her and hung up on me. I still have not heard back from my emails or calls! Beware of this horrible establishment.

I see that your respond to this but FYI I call and email almost every day and you guys don’t respond to my emails or calls!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!

I had a great time living here. They are super dog friendly and they have fun activities. If there was an issue or I needed help the staff members were always super helpful and honest. They really became a part of my life and I would highly recommend to live here. They even love my dog bronco as much as I do. Sadly I can’t take them all to Texas with me!

I have lived at Christopher Todd on Happy Valley since they first opened. I love calling this place my home. It is a quiet and clean community (minus my very wild little boys). I live in a two bedroom unit that has a wonderful back yard and an even better master suite. The units also have many wonderful upgrades that other communities do not offer. The technology offered at Christopher Todd is by far my favorite aspect though. At many of the gated communities guests must be given a code in order to access the community, however Christopher Todd has other options than this. This provides residents a stronger sense of security. Another technological benefit of living here is that if you accidentally leave your kitchen light on you can simply turn it off through the app on your phone.
