Living here is okay I’m excited for my lease to end .
In the beginning it was nice , peaceful & exciting
We got new management and I’m not a fan at all . A conversation was had about rental assistance and I was told they cannot wait for a check to be sent out even with an email provided of acceptance and amount being issued . The manager also said maybe section 8 does that but they don’t do that here . (I’m a black woman) . then they are trying to falsely tow cars on property . Haven’t been here for long and I’m already over it . The office people are amazing , very nice and understanding but the property manager very distasteful. 0/10 . Im specifically putting the lowest star for how I was treated by management

This is my 6 month review. I will come back after a year and update this.

1.) I love how high the ceilings are so it makes our one bedroom unit seem big.

2.) I like how clean it is and quite very peaceful, very demure.

3.) I like that I can lock/unlock my house on my phone & turn on/off the lights as well.

Ok here are my cons these are just my opinions.

1.) I can’t adjust the temperature so my power bill is always high because it’s summer and I can’t turn off the ac when I go to work I’ll come home to a sauna

2.) There’s literally not enough parking. We have two cars and it’s a challenge every night.

3.) There’s no amenities except for one pool. Just a big open yard

4.) we pay a LOT for technology fees for the internet to be lagging. $160 tech fee is more expensive than my old cox bill.

Hopefully at my one year mark, some things have changed. Other than that I love this place.

Unfortunately our experience here was okay. Nice apartments but for what you pay it’s not really worth it. There’s hardly any parking so if you have two cars then good luck 😅 and there’s only a pool here - no gym no clubhouse no other amenities which is also a downside but it’s a quiet area.

This apartment is insane. The skinny girl at the office is always arrogant(Don't want to mention her name just in case it might affect her job). It always takes a few days for maintenance guy to show up after you put the maintenance request. Other than that, pigeon poops are everywhere, and what I have been told about that is they use pigeon for pest control.

To start off we booked an appointment for 4:00 and got a confirmation email. We arrived at the leasing office at 3:45 to be there early. Once we tried to open the door there was a sign saying the person went to lunch and won't be back until 4:10. That was wrong because the lady came back at 4:20 and was unbelievably rude. No hello, no I'm sorry I'm late, she did not even introduce herself. Barely even looked at us! On top of that the prices they have online are not accurate at all. We say $1,350 online and she gave us $1,819! Even if the lease is longer the price actually went up! Absolutely unbelievable customer service! Do not live here!!
Management please reach out to me because that was the worst experience of customer service I have ever had! That lady will make you lose business!

I have been at Christopher Todd for since opening and we have seen a lot of changes . The front office team Cassie and Toni are great. They really take the time to assist you and also get to know you. We have had no major issues living here. We get along great with our neighbors which I feel is important. We are close to schools and shops and the freeway which is a good thing . I don’t have to travel far to many places. We would renew our lease however we need a 3 bedroom and they don’t offer that so we have to move.

I have lived here for the past 3 years and as soon as my lease is up I will be moving, ever since the new management company took over the property has went to trash. The pool is always dirty with water bottles and soda cans floating in it. Kids are always diving in the pool so no chance in relaxing. There is always someone playing loud music from their car at all hours of the night which never happened in the past. It takes days for maintenance to fix an issue for some odd reason. I just called and spoke with April who was not able to assist me with what I was asking so she handed the phone over to Ebony the manager who found my issue funny. April and Ebony kept trying to compare my situation to other residents that work from home. I tried explaining multiple times that I will need to plug my Ethernet cord into the router which is located in the closet and they did not have a resolution for me. I felt belittled and as if my request was not important If you are thinking about moving in here I would advise you not to do so as the amount of money that they are charging is not worth the small space of the apartment homes or the poor quality of customer service from the management team. And they go through staff quiet often.

Just a heads up to anyone looking to move here. April and Ebony rarely answer the phone or reply to emails and when I asked April if she received my email her answer was I get a lot of emails. Like that’s not her job. Horrible place to live. The management team acts like they are doing you a favor when they are asked to do there job. Also when you leave a message with the answering service you never get a call back from the office. If April and Ebony can not handle their jobs they need to find a new one. The old manager Austin was always helpful. Do not move here it’s not worth your hard earned money.
